I remember my mom picked me up from school one day, had to of been like second grade? And I burst into tears because I got a 'needs improvement during lunch social behaviors' in the notes column, even though I had all A's. My mom was kinda surprised I took it so hard and was so scared to tell her.

I don't understand why it's such a big deal. It truly means nothing. Just fake awards to have some fun and bring the members closer together. I liked that aspect as a new member.
