This guy from the Wild scores, Spurgeon, by batting the puck in mid air with his left hand down to his stick on the right side. Then he volleys the puck in with his stick, and that's how they're 1-0 up. I thought you could only use the stick.

Id have to see it but you can hit the puck in the air with your hand or catch it and place it down quickly as long as it goes in the net via the stick or off an opponent.

I'd really like to see the Falcons win the whole thing after having found out they have no superbowl rings under their belt. I may be a hardcore Giants fan, but I have a soft spot for the underdogs.

I believe that. In the Packers/Giants game, Giants were favored to win, but when Giants couldn't turn it around, they started calling penalties against us.

I try not to blame the refs but they have so much influence now
they literally can and do dictate games. Whoever gets more penalties loses the majority of the time nd since penalties are subjective its all worthless

I remember that dodgy call weeks back, when some guy shoved another into the boards, they fight and the refs give them both penalties. 2 or 3 mins inside a box for getting shoved, like what?

too many checking probably does get by but Im glad refs let them play since there are not a thousand penalties to worry about
