Aarrgghh, by accident a couple of times I've opened a thread from my ex and accidently hit the thumbs up button 😢 I think it's happened twice now and I'm genuinely mortified! I've just been reading over the messages a few times to get clarity and sort my thoughts as I'm letting go...but now he'll be thinking that I'm a psycho. I don't want to delete the conversation because I'm not ready yet.

Am I?! Hopefully he'll know it's been a mistake..still, it's bad for my pride, damn!!!!

Screen shot the messages...so that way you can read them and go thru your process...then delete his ass from there. Problem solved and it was a mistake...shit happens...learn to laugh at the awkward.

If you explained it the first time then he will know what you were doing and will ignore it if he's still not interested. You should delete his messages though. Just take a screen shot of them, for rereading purposes,and then delete.

If you do this by "accident" too many times, it may just look like desperation to him.

Exactly, and that's just gross 😢 So I've deleted all the thread anyway. Might as well use these eclipses to their full potential and really let the whole month of July go..the break up included.
