No way

I just take lots of echinacea and vitamin C if people around me are sick

Rarely do i get anything resembling the flu, not even a cold, but if i feel one coming on i dab neat lavender oil over my neck and throat, take loads of vitamin C/echinacea and drink lemon and ginger tea, Usually the next morning it has gone

It works really well

🙂

Got it a couple weeks ago along with my Tdap.

You work in a hospital though, right? I heard that all hospital workers are required to have it.

If you weren't required to, would you still get the flu shot anyway?

We can decline, but if you end up with the flu.. you're not getting sick pay.

And yeah.. I'd still get it either way.

I never had one but used to get them for my kids. They have never had the flu (knock on wood) with or without the vaccine. I got the flu once, about 10 years ago. It was 7 days of torture and I swore that I would get the flu shot every year after that. But I never did. Maybe I should. My immune system is shit after all the surgeries of 2015.

They guess the strain when the develop the vaccine and they don't always get it right. I remember 2014/15's vaccine was basically useless.
