Posted by starloverI'm paralyzed from the waist down along with other illnesses.Posted by bawlikestogomooSo why are you letting two sick parents do everything for you?Posted by starloverYeah, both have it. They got it later in life so I think it's type I. Anyway, they are both on insulin.Posted by bawlikestogomooBoth have the same illness?Posted by starloverI hope my parents live until I'm in my 50s. My mom and dad have moderate to severe diabetes.
...you shouldn't have needed to
A part of parenting is to let go of children and help them to become adults
I know of guys who still live with their mothers in their 40s and 50s
There is some weird dynamic where the mother wants to hold on to her son and thus rendering him dependent on her
Unhealthy
Is it genetic.....are you at risk and if so, do you know how best to prevent it?
I know it has a lot to do with diet and exercise. Ands has been giving me tips on how to work out, so that is helping me lose some weight.
That sounds wrong

Grow up already.
I don't believe you're 28, tbh. You act like a perpetual 18 year old boy locked in a basement with his hentai.

Posted by MlleFiskI'm glad you've seen me on webcam and can validate this. Stop exaggerating though; I completed my GED years ago. I might not be the smartest IQ wise, but I put in as much effort as I can. I guess it makes sense why I lost the most likely to get pegged by Fisk award being in a wheelchair.
@bawlikestogotomoo , i would just like to extend my admiration for your strength and braveness. I am certain it is not an easy being a paraplegic and putting aside your pride and letting your severely diabetic parents takes care of you hand and foot. Like that time your dad had to give you a piggy back ride up 7 flights of stairs and your mom drag you back down by your dead legs because she is unable to carry you.
One day, i pray you graduate high school so you are able to differentiate between "I" and "2." I know dropping out in the 5th grade was tough but I'm rooting for you.
I love you and I am happy you signed up on DXP.
Love,
Fisk.

Type 1 comes "first" in life. Usually diagnosed in childhood and is genetic.
Type 2 comes later in life, considered adult onset. Can be brought on by genetics, but excess weight, poor diet, and lack of exercise make adults more prone regardless of genetic disposition.
Nice trolling antics, btw.
