The point of sex is to procreate so that more children are being brought up in the way of the Word. If you are married, lust for someone who isnt your spouse is adultery.

In my opinion, like almost all things, it depends on how it's practiced and the intention before and during practice. That is what makes the act evil or one of the most beautiful acts of love. I think that is why the act of sex with another can leave a person feeling overwhelmingly broken, dirty, hollow or powerfully complete, loved, and at peace.

Haven't heard of that film, but Anthony Hopkins is most certainly an excellent actor, and I am sure the film was pretty darned good.
However, what many don't realize is that demonic possessions do NOT always manifest themselves as grotesque (ala what is portrayed in "The Rite"
and "The Exorcist". No, the manifestations can take on many forms, mental illness, physical illness, unbelief, diverse sinfulness, Someone who talks
too much or not at all, could be demonically possessed.
When Jesus cast out the demons that possessed of devils, sending them into a herd of swine, he demanded to know their names. And the demon said
"My name is Legion, for we are many".
Understand that all warfare based on deception. That is, even the last person you'd think could be possessed, probably is, possessed.
Now, not everyone is possessed, but it goes to show that no one is impervious. Not even Saint Peter.
