Is it harder to apologize or is it harder to accept/refuse an apology?

I don't like dwelling on emotions, so I like to sincerely apologize to move on. Or, to accept an apology and move on. Depending on the situation, I any choose to not deal with that person anymore, not out of anger, but out of honesty knowing we can't healthily move forward together.

However, I'm selfish about my apologies because if the person doesn't accept my apology, I see it as his or her problem, and I move on. I am not the type to repeatedly apologize for the same thing.

orgiving yourself first?

If your up at night- not being able to sleep,obsessing- that's some deeply rooted guilt.

We're human, we all mistakes. How can can you expect someone to forgive you for any wrong doing, when you can't learn to move past your own actions and forgive yourself.

There are many circumstances in life that are not forgivable. Just because the person is sorry, doesn't make what happened "Okay"

Everyone has boundary's. Some are more superficial, and lame than others.

However, the reality is most people just need space to cool off. Gotta give em time.

Wouldn't the "mentally dysfunctional" give constant fake apologies?

So generalizing doesn't really work here. Unless we take this and see it as someone who takes things to an 'extreme'. Since there is an extreme to everything.
Then again, extreme isn't always bad.
I did create the OP, so are you surprised? Lol

I've explained catching myself in the act of taking my own issues and trying to pin them on other people.
