Probably an 8.5 but doesn't know her talent exists yet- She seems chill - which is important for a manager- you don't want to seem antsy or create anxiety- but you also seem like a hard worker- so that means you value quality work - and I think you can get the best out of other people - by being creative- and cheery -
Now now we all know you're a Libra and Libras are terrible managers- but don't let that hold you back loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooool

lol Im quite the opposite and a mini control freak
But I think my problem would be wanting to keep a job in charge of crazy DXPers :/
I give myself a 10 out of 10 since I am my own boss, and my own employee at the same time. So who better to answer?
I think I do a great job, and pay my employee right.

honestly, this dudes a 4... has a tendancy to jump from around corners, curse randomly at employees when tardy or not to be found, and sporadically not give a fuck about sanity in the workplace. also expects his mind to be read constantly.
