For me it's just people in the way. I can't stand slow moving people. I'm always trying to get in and out of places as soon as possible. It's I'm on a top secret mission to get peanut butter, an ice cream scooper, and La Croix, yet people inevitably end up in my way. Even while driving. I don't understand why people find it so hard to drive 85 in a 55. Covid makes this worse too. My life is terrible.

Couldn’t fly in for a close friends birthday last week.

Should be taking a exclusive tour of an RAF base, to commend my friend’s fellowship and and becoming a qualified specialist a few days ago. Waited two years for this 🙁 and now we’ve postponed to spring 😭 hope the momentum survives till then!!

I feel better now, had to put that somewhere.

We haven't done much in the main house aside from some little bs things like fixture changes and installing ac. Also did major septic work in the beginning and fenced in the yard for the pups of course. Major project rn has been to take this workshop structure (former owner was a woodworker) and turn it into a guesthouse adding a 3/4 bathroom and kitchenette. It was super bare bones so we have done a lot, electric, plumbing, insulation and drywall (some) but still a far way to go.

Once its fully done we will move in there temporarily so we can reno the house. Kitchen needs some work and the bathroom will be a full gut. Its a smaller house, 2bd 1ba. A little over 1200sf.

yeah I guess for the size of the lot this house is puny. But we prefer it like that. I'm not trying to clean a 3000+ sf mcmansion. Or be able to reach out my window and hold hands with my neighbor. No thanks.

My 9-5 is filled with projects where they develop to the limits and build up as well. I prefer the 60s bones and feeling of indoor outdoor living. Its a no on stairs for me as well, living that ground floor life.

Today my internet went out for 30 minutes! Luckily I was able to use my phone as a mobile hotspot, so my house could still have internet. Though is was painful slow loading speed. I can't believe I had to live though 30 minutes of that. Why can't they make such simple technology work properly?

Today my AC went out, and I had to actually open a window for some type of air circulation. Though the outside air is so full of pollen and pollution. I can't believe I have to live through such a primitive time in my life.

So today I went to the store, and the owner had the nerve to tell me I couldn't enter without a mask. Then went into this sob story about how his son recently got over covid, and they couldn't accept any chances. That story was probably a lie. Just propaganda made by false news. I can't believe they honestly thought they had the right to try and take away my freedoms, and act like me suffocating from wearing a mask for 10 minutes was the best choice. How selfish can people be?
