Oh it’s happening before 2030! The oldest of them is already 14 it seems. In a couple years, more will be snotty teens and already be posting tik toks or whatever their generation likes and is popular at the time, about how lame and outdated gen z is 😒 they will likely be using something other than TikTok and call it “boomer tok” or something like that. Then you won’t be able to find clothes anymore because they will hate your style so every retailer will adjust accordingly. Yea it’s definitely all down hill when another generation takes the crown 😖

Gen Z may be aging like milk, but I admire about them is their audacity. They walk into a job day one, zero experience, and want to be paid the same amount as the person who has seniority. They will be like same job, I want the same pay. I mean they arent completely wrong. 🤔 But Boomers are like excuse me who are you? Sit down, earn your stripes, and then maybe we may offer you top income. Gen Z is like no I know my worth (they clearly don't), and then they silent quit or bounce. 😂I remember when employers were complaining about millenials. Now they are begging to hire Millenials because Gen Z stresses them out. 😄 They're the future though, so employers are adjusting.
Yeah, I do fit into that category of people when it comes to employment. If I'm unhappy with a job/position or being treated below my standards I'd just walk.
I think this is all the result of having more information and access to data. Consumers getting smarter about what goes in their products, in the same way employees getting smarter and realizing they're bringing more value to a company than what they are being compensated. And the realization their employer would pay them below minimun wage or not at all if they could, and expects them to sacrifice their mental, emotional, physical energy and time on a job that's clearly not fairly compensated. So we're like... no thanks, not interested in being exploited and breadcrummed, especially in this economy.

my man's turning 28 soon which is prob like maybe the oldest of the gen z? doesn't smoke nor drink and he's a pisces so do they even do 'stress?'
what i've noticed is that he thinks he can make crazy money by getting subscribers online, the usual gen z influencer scheme and just refuses to have a normal career path coz they have these successful influencer millennials as their blueprints. education also takes a backseat for gen z like they're future celebs who can do without it. yet it's weird coz he wants our son to be highly-educated.

I don't think he's gonna be bald coz his dad is like in his late 50s and still got hair BUT he's got a lot of white hair and told me he started having them at like 19 or 20 coz it's just how men in their family are so I sometimes spend time plucking them out. I'm not gonna be surprised if our son inherits this coz he has his father's entire face except for the eyes- which are mine.
But thick hair runs in both our families so I'm sure it'll be fine.
