When a woman flakes out...
found something better to do... like watch Too Cute:Kittens...
Oh, come on, DMV.
Have you ever flaked out on a guy who wanted to take you on a date?
Do you have any chick friends who did that to a guy?
Come on, be honest.
What do you mean by flake out?
A guy talks to a chick for a half hour or so, and the two exchange phone numbers.
He texts her, asks her out to dinner and she excitedly agrees.
Then, suppose an hour or so before the actual dinner is supposed to happen, she texts that she won't make it or even worse, she doesn't even bother to show up.
Why do chicks do that kind of thing to men?

No, just been trying to find out why the Millennials are diametrically antithetical to the normal and more civilized behavior of the older generations.
My curiosity also extends to why they refuse to talk on the telephone, and instead play with text messages.
Their behavior is actually archaic, since the telegraph went out of style in the last century.
She wasn't all that interested, possibly didn't know how to say it.
Like buyer's remorse.
I've been on the receiving end of that behavior. Usually its because she's either hiding something she doesn't want found out or she is dealing with insecurity. Once or twice, she was probably thinking she was getting a "better deal".
Its not limited to Millenials. I persnally find it disrespectful of the other person-its not being nice, protecting the other person's feelings, or some other happy horsebutter.
In the end, if the person flakes, how successful of a relationship would you expect to have with a person who does that? Plenty of fish out there.
Oh, and in one of the "better deal" instances above, I was contacted by said flake several months later with a bright and cheery "how are you". My response was "no thanks. I'm not a backup plan just because your adventure was a failure. Have a nice life."

I've been called flakey many times. I usually wind up in relationships with Mars in Taurus men.
I live in my head so much and am easily overstimulated. Sometimes intimate conversations feel like I've had a one night stand...
The one thing that instantly makes me flake is he projects or I intuit a hyper sexual attitude. It makes me nervous even though I am super sexual, I'm cool about. I get turned-off by the lack of savoire-faire.
I went on a dates where guys had a hyper sexual attitude with bad breathe and was fucking traumatized by Pepe la Pew. The combo was horrible.
And, one guy that ripped a button of my favorite blouse. Pawing on me like a cro-magnon. The button was tapestried. It ruined the blouse forever and I couldn't replace that button. That was years ago and I'm still traumatized.
Maybe convert to Mormonism or Islam...

I'm just saying what you throw out there comes back to you. I think most stuff like that is coming from ego not an authentic place in my experience. whenever i find myself doing stuff like that i don't find it connecting and out of body so in that sense, is what i mean when i say i dont find it real. it's not attaching to something deeper.
^ Now when I say that I'm taking about winning people or winning in relationships there is no such thing. It's an ego thing.

That would require both parties being upfront and honest about their intentions.
Which would mean no games would be involved since both have cards on the table.
But I'm guessing since one sees it as winning a game, there is some manipulation and lying involved.
