What's DXP like before 2013?

I just wonder because 99% of the threads I read started in 2013.

Less random chit-chatting and more on topic discussions.

Not sure if it used to be more entertaining tho. I don't think so. But the whole turning threads into a chatroom is definitely the latest trend.

Which is MORE FUN? 2013 or pre-2013? I do notice that pre-2013 posts are more serious. LOL.

So who do you think are the trend-setters?

More and more drama brings in more and more careless characters who are not interested in being on anyone's good or bad side so it balances nicely now imo.

I like reading the really old threads. Seemed to be so much more peaceful. I migh be wrong but that's just the impression I get when reading them.

I notice too that miscellaneous seems to be more active now than astrology. it used to be the other way around before...

I'm not around enough to notice who starts what, but folks are definitely following up. Not saying that's a bad thing either, it's nice to see people just carelessly chatting about without any pressure. This place needs it to stay sane ey 😛

It was a lot more relaxed. I think around 2011 is when things got dramatic around here. IMO, newbies joined and saw that drama was a quick way to get notoriety and voila! Rinse and repeat.
