Aqarius moons

With the aloof side of this placement I often in my life have been made to feel I am sometimes a bit offish and unsociable, although I would never intentionally be rude to anyone? Anyone else with this placement found that growing up? (just curious)

I don't have this placement but was with someone who had it and yeah can be very aloof. I never would call that rude though, just someone hard to get close to. Unsociable? This person was very charming, and seemed like a popular type.

Ye, if I click with someone I can feel very comfortable and easy to chat with, but some people do see me as rude, ive even noticed people give that, 'stuck up cow' look when ive walked past people lol! I don't mean to look like that, I'm usually off on another planet if I'm not interacting with other people, and I don't like ingratiating myself to people either, like at work if people I know are at the bar when I get there and I walk in and say hi and I don't really get much of a response, I'm not gonna keep making myself look like an idiot so I don't bother now and just interact when needed, most of them are in their 20s anyway and obviously prefer to be more social with people there own age, a couple of staff members I work with around my age are fine though.

One of the most special people to me has this placement. I love her to death, but she sure is a handful! My moon and hers are complete opposites. We fascinate each other. She seems to have a large capacity for emotion, but she lacks the tools/ skills to be able to understand and utilize them. She is not comfortable with her own emotions; can't quite process them, so she ignores and suppresses them. Maybe a better way to phrase this is.....She only perceives the surface skim of her emotions, and won't dive deep. To the outside world, she shows a lot of apathy. She is not the kind of person you want to have a heart to heart with, for it feels as though she lacks empathy and emotion ( this is only because I think she cant connect with her own emotion). Though she may not be good for a heart to heart, her detachment from her own emotions makes it easier for her to see the bigger picture, and I get some valuable input from her.

I get this a lot! I'm a sensitive virgo moon.. people are quick to label me as "cold" or "standoffish" sometimes I feel like a round peg in a square whole socially, but still have this feeling of being connected to everyone. I do have my pride and don't like intratiate myself with other people either. Its funny I know a lot of aquarius moon people, I really feel kindred you guys, I don't know why the astro books say we don't get along. I can always spot one in a heartbeat. You are always very charismatic and socially conscious, despite your sun sign.

Right about now I am loving my aquarius moon. Haha

Keeping the actions steady and you won't have question Aquarius moons at all and their MO.

When everyone else is crying their hearts out over something, I'm the one giving cuddles and reassurance, that's us x

Example: My mum had an illness last year,y step daughter who lives near her phoned me to say she could not get an answer from her phone can I come down, so I was obviously concerned and said yes.
I got there, step daughter (Aries) in bits step son who was with me also Aries, stressed and agitated, ambulance came, had to kick the door in, found her laying on the floor seriously dehydrated and cold in her nightie from 2 days before, she had fallen and couldn't get up bless her.
Step daughter sobbing uncontrollably, step son ( who has learning difficulties, autism, aspergers mildy) stressed and worried! I had to calm them down and keep a straight face, even though inside I was dying, that's my mum, they went off home, I went to the hospital with her, all is ok now but people must think I'm cold, I'm not, I just feel other peoples needs and pain and let it all out when I am alone.

My Aqua moon man can quite frequently be seen standing in a crowd observing with a look on his face that says: "The human behavior is quite interesting but does not compute." Lol

We once got into the stupidest argument over saying "Hi" to people. I say hi to people who come into my sphere. He tends to look befuddled. So I sent him an article on "The Art of saying Hello". lol. So basically this never crossed his mind. I could see his mind thinking: The humans they like to say hello. 😆

Personally I think it's adorable.

My Aqua moon guy can lack empathy one on one. It's odd. He works at a hardcore homeless shelter in the worst part of town and feeds probably 1000 people a day.

He used to have to get really drunk to be able to express himself freely. He is getting better though because I hammer away until we get somewhere through discussion. It probably helps a lot that I have Aqua Rising.

op we have almost the same placements!! i'm extremely sensitive but definitely come off as aloof to others. i'm fine with that.

I love this placement, it's my second dominant

I tend to also like generally laid back easy going people to be around, who also will tell you how it is without talking to me in a condescending manner, don't see the point in that, you can still make your point without being 'nasty' just shows to me a lack of intelligence and thought for others, big turn off!

+1' I got this from my workplace too! ( omg before we talked , I thought u were so stuck up ). ..I was a little confuse as I thought, I'm the most caring person in this planet.. lol I'm the one who will offer help if people needed them but yes maybe my emotion is out of tune. I analyse them so much to a point that i can't stand feeling hurt or tearing up.. I think of it as weak but then j think because I love that person a lot that's why I get hurt n emotional easily .. yet I don't allow myself too.. I will wanna detach it makes me feel more like myself .. I am trying to force myself out of love so I don't feel those emotion.. not many people can effect me. only this one in particular the rest I'm so cool in pretty much on any situation ! I love this placement
