'A Dog's Purpose'

There is much controversy surrounding this movie after a video clip was released depicting a dog being forced into a man-made water vortex on the set of 'A Dog'S Purpose.'

There is talk about the video being manipulated or of being purposefully withheld, and then released, not for the dog's wellbeing but for profit.

The actor Dennis Quaid also spoke about how he thinks it's deliberate sabotage for money and that he didn't witness any animal abuse on the set.

Personally, I will NOT be going to see this movie because it's my belief that I do not want to support animal exploitation. The clip is disturbing to me no matter how someone tries to explain it away. Whatever the intention was behind the leaking of the clip (it was shot in 2015!!!! The BASTARD!) , I choose to not go see the movie. It doesn't take much for me to not support something with my money.

My dog was a tv dog

N sadly I don't ever think he grew up with a family.

Other than a crate to the set n with bunch of other animal that lived in that facility that rented animals for movie shoots and photography

That is precisely my plan! I saw many different movies with animals in it growing up, and I never stopped to think that the disclaimer that "no animals were harmed in making this movie," does not mean the animals were not somehow frightened. :/

Definitely will not be watching it and I will spread the word to my family, too.
