Welp, it's 9 am on my birthday and I've already gotten teary-eyed but I'm gonna let go of this crappy feeling and then spend the rest of my day having a kickass time! My mom would be telling me a bird's gonna poop on my lip for pouting.. or that my face is gonna stay like that forever lol.. anywho.. 🙃💛

Sorry your day started on the wrong foot but it can only go up from there. Go back to bed, lay down, put on your favorite song, do breathwork then when your song is done, get up and pretend you're getting up for the first time today. Sometimes all we need is a reset😊

Its cute your mom would say those things to you. I say them to my 8yr old daughter too. The birdie one gets her laughing everytime.
