How do you post videos up?

it takes hard work to do that. a lot of members were very helpful to me but cowpuncher and JustJules explained it to me a little better with understanding. I know this is no help, I'm sorry I really am but I'd much rather someone else explain it to you how to copy and paste music here because I'm not good with explaining too much.
