Need help from other Pisceans.

Hi, I'm a Virgo female and I've been in a relationship with a Pisces man for over 8 months now. He has a difficult time with emotions and expressing them out loud. Too much emotion tends to overwhelm him. It seemed like things were going great, but every time i feel like we are moving forward, he starts to act cold and distant for no reason. I have asked if something is wrong, but he always seems so private. This tends to hurt me, because I'm very open with him and I am very loyal to him in every way. I have gone out of my way to show him how much I love and care for him and have made many declarations as well, but he still seems so cold and insensitive.

Lately, my gut has been telling me that he's spending time with another female and that he has gotten bored with me, and is interested in someone else. I only say this because he used to be so excited to talk with me right when he woke up, but now it seems like that interest is so low. He checks in when he feels like it now. I don't understand what's going on. All of this is confusing me so badly. I feel like he has been lying to me for a while, but I just don't understand why. I don't pressure him, I give him time for himself and I'm always loving and supportive. Why is he acting this way? Is he cheating or losing interest and afraid to say?

Please help me get some clarification any of you Pisces out there.

Are you sure he's not already in a relationship? It would explain him going cold on you when things move forward. It means hes controlling the pace.

No, I made sure that there were no others before we made our relationship official months ago. I do get the feeling of his insecurities, because he tends to put himself down a lot or doubt himself at times. And I understand that he has his own pace too. I just want to understand what I could do to bring him around more? I try to be as understanding as possible, because I love him so much, and I wanna do what I can to make it work.

He's told me how he felt before, but I still sense that he might be afraid of his feelings. He's not comfortable with being emotional, so he pulls away when the feelings get too heavy. That's what I've noticed for months now. So I try to be more gentle. Any advice on how to cater more to his mindset?

Also to give more detail, I have noticed that he tends to get lost in gaming most of the time and it becomes his main focus. I don't bother him, because I've figured out that it's an escape for him, but I do get sort of left out because he does it very often.

So having patience and caring for someone enough to not give up on them is a bad quality? What kind of logic is that? All relationships have ups and downs. No one is perfect. I was trying to get a better understanding. That statement was so unnecessary. . Jesus Christ.
