Pisces sun: caring, sensitive, empathic, giving, romantic, art-oriented, doe-eyed, hilarious, wise beyond our years, look far younger than we actually are, no ego issues. And excellent in the sac.

Pisces MOON: schizophrenic, eternal victim, delusional beyond description, incapable of behaving in an intelligent adult manner for long (if at all), selfish beyond measure.

Sun is the filter for your other placements which forms the overall personality, moon is emotions, inner mood, reactions etc.

Most likely a Pisces moon will be more sensitive, emotional, and overly empathetic than a Pisces sun unless said sun is mostly water in the chart.
