DON'T GO!!! You are entering his man cave! That is an inappropriate first date especially with the situation you are in... he's enjoying the game and is probably with friends. That will be so hard for a fish to give attention to all in such situations.

I say ask him if you can join him AFTER the game!! AFTER not during. Guys love their sports and do not want to have heavy conversations at that time. It's his time to enjoy himself not for you to be starting at him and freaking out that he's all into you. You will feel let down and he will feel it then he will feel pressure to attend to you and then have to struggle between his attention between the game, you and his friends.

I say nay to the game. I watch sports and I want to watch the sport NOT be distracted by other BS. Leave him be for now. Let the man enjoy the game.

FUC* ME! This ISNT good guys! She's going to feel neglected and feel sad and crap and he's gonna pick those vibes up and it will add more frustration to the situation...OO I'm a poet and didn't know it.

God I hope she likes sports and keep her feelings in check...she's entering a man cave my god I hope she can handle herself with men and sports. I watch sports and I'm observant and there is always a chick all dressed up like she's going to a club being bored playing with her hair hanging all over her dude vying or his attention. Not the time and place for such affections. Football is carnage at a frenzied state and should be enjoyed in all it's wonderful complexity and brutality not for a chick to be vying or doting after you unless your bring a beer and chips.

I'm like that don't fuc* with me when I'm watching a football game. Let me enjoy my beer and let me scream and cuss at the screen and cheer when my freaking Browns are doing well.

If you do great... I'm not saying that she is stupid or not adaptable, but I'm saying such females are a rare breed.

Keep the convo on the game and don't talk too much. lol

Once the game ends don't be like so what's going on... especially if the play clock hits zero and you start into it. Give it time let the naturally progress. It's great you like the Cowboys root for them together. Keep it casual. Don't go overboard by your dress by trying to be a vamp or anything... that's just me.

Some of your opinions are that I shouldn't go, but I'm committed to it now. If I back out, it'll be worse than yesterday.

WHo's ready for an update?

We met at the bar. He was sitting with a few guys but they were just other bar goers. I got there and around the beginning of the 4th QTR. The Cowboys did win, yay. We had some small talk, mainly about his daughter and sports in general. He was impressed that I knew so much about the Cowboys and football in general. Really the conversation was very mild. There was once he leaned in and told me that I smelled nice and another time that he stood up behind me to shake hands with the guy sitting next to me and he put his face next to my next and whispered "You need to wear this perfect again, I like it". I wore my hair down so my hair was in his face when he said it.

I hugged him when I got there and we hugged twice at my car, but no kiss. He texted me about an hour ago and said he wanted to kiss me, but knows it's best to take it slow and steady. I'm good with that.

man I leave and people start dissing the earth? we aren't married and haven't known each other that long. i have no idea if this'll work out, but geez let me try to see if there's something there before i have the book thrown at me.
