Well for me it's different for the guys and the girls. Certain signs of guys I like even though I'm not technically-speaking "compatible" with them. These include Cancers, Taureans, Sadges (just 'cause I find them marriage-averse doesn't mean I don't like 'em! lol), Cappys and Aries. For the girls well I can usually get along with anyone but my best girlfriends are Aqua and Gemini. I also find Pisces women to be really kind and welcoming, like no one is too weird to be embraced by them, so that's cool. I like that about them.

Since she's doing so fabulously well at repeatedly pushing this Pisces away, I figured I'd let her crash and burn on her own, live and learn, get the whole rebound out of her system. So I stayed quiet.

I've read a lot of your other posts, HP. Very thoughtful, intelligent responses to other women in emotional quandaries. I smile as I read you telling a woman to basically chill out, to stop pushing a man so fast, to stop overreacting to the little things.. like a lack of a text response, or being late for or canceling a date. You telling her that her emotions are all over the place (loose cannon) and pushing him away and no wonder he's not responding to her the way she wants. I smile and nod, and don't respond myself, figuring you already said what I wanted to say...

... but now I'm struck by your inability to take for yourself the sage advice you so readily dole out to others. Though admittedly, usually to others dealing with a Taurus, and you were probably identifying with the Taurus... but when it comes back around to you, you do what P-Angel said.. it's fine for YOU to do/think/feel/say/react in your own way.. but NOT fine for someone else.. you panic, you become negative and emotionally needy and very aggressively pushing this man away for the imagined things you think he means. You're SO GOOD at getting in your own way, and you've forgotten how to chill the fuck out about a man... a man you barely know, a virtual stranger.

In a nutshell, you aren't yet ready for (another) relationship.. YOUR emotions are a loose cannon. And that's fine, if you're casually dating men to heal and to learn about yourself and what you want.. but after less than two weeks with this Pisces.. you're already over-invested in everything he thinks/feels/says/does and in what it could possibly mean in regards to you and your future chances of getting him into a relationship.

My timing is off with these DXP posts. I travel A LOT. Is the Gemini out of the house? Yes. When? October 3rd to be exact. When did he and I have a heart to heart to decide it wasn't working out? August 10th.

To dig up my comments to other people's post is assinine....this situation is my own and when I reply to others, I genuinely meant what I typed. Am I hung up on this Pisces? Perhaps, but what I am mostly is confused over his actions. What the fuck is wrong with being upfront with how confused I am at this? Does this mean I'm walkingdown the fucking aisle with him? Hell if I know, but I can tell I'm not ready. I am trying to be careful with him because he is interested in me as I am in him, but his daughter adds a completely different dynamic in which I'm not used to.

Hmm.. 2.5 years with a Libra... then a hot little (forgettable? haha) romance with a Pisces in May and June of '09 (which was just under 2.5 years ago) but then she says 3 years dating and 2.5 years living with the Gemini (huh? how long?).. until last month (though still living under the same roof?)... And now two weeks with this Pisces.

The math doesn't add up to me.. obviously she "stretches" her time estimates at her own whim. Whatever, don't care.

What's obvious is she's a relationship-hopper. Jumps from one serious relationship into another, rather quickly and doubtful enough time single to really sort HERSELF out. She DATES.. but her whole driving force underneath.. is the Next Great Relationship.. which she isn't even close to being ready for.
