Trump’s real-estate company tried to avoid renting apartments to African-Americans in the 1970s and gave preferential treatment to whites, according to the federal government.
Trump treated black employees at his casinos differently from whites, according to multiple sources. A former hotel executive said Trump criticized a black accountant: “Black guys counting my money! I hate it. … I think that the guy is lazy. And it’s probably not his fault, because laziness is a trait in blacks.”
In 1989, Trump took out ads in New York newspapers urging the death penalty for five black and Latino teenagers accused of raping a white woman in Central Park; he argued they were guilty as late as October 2016, more than 10 years after DNA evidence had exonerated them.
In 1989, on NBC, Trump said: “I think sometimes a black may think they don’t have an advantage or this and that. I’ve said on one occasion, even about myself, if I were starting off today, I would love to be a well-educated black, because I really believe they do have an actual advantage.”
He called some of those who marched alongside white supremacists in Charlottesville, Va., last August “very fine people.”
Trump endorsed and campaigned for Roy Moore, the Alabama Senate candidate who spoke positively about slavery and who called for an African-American Muslim member of Congress not to be seated because of his religion.
In the 1990s, Trump took out advertisements alleging that the “Mohawk Indian record of criminal activity is well documented.” At the time, he was fighting competition for his casino business.
In a 1993 radio interview, he suggested that Native Americans in Connecticut were faking their ancestry. “I think I might have more Indian blood than a lot of the so-called Indians that are trying to open up the reservations.”
In a November 2017 meeting with Navajo veterans of World War II, Trump mocked Senator Elizabeth Warren as “Pocahontas.”
Trump once referred to a Hispanic Miss Universe as “Miss Housekeeping.”
If you don't have anything to contribute, gtfo.
At the White House on Jan. 11, Trump vulgarly called for less immigration from Haiti and Africa and more from Norway.
After David Duke, the former leader of the Ku Klux Klan, endorsed him, Trump was reluctant to disavow Duke even when asked directly on television.
According to a New York Times report, Trump declared in December that the 15,000 Haitians who received visas in 2017 "all have AIDS." In that same report, he reportedly said that 40,000 Nigerians who came to the United States would never "go back to their huts."
The report came about a month after the Trump administration removed protections for nearly 60,000 immigrants from Haiti, who were granted temporary residency following a 2010 earthquake.

Guess what?I left my job after 7.5 years and it's glorious!!
Yeah. Don't care. Remove your spam.
In 2016, Trump attacked Gonzalo Curiel, a federal judge from Indiana born to Mexican parents who was president two Trump University lawsuits. The president said Curiel should recuse himself from the trial, because he was biased.
"He’s a Mexican," he said. "We’re building a wall between here and Mexico."
House Speaker Paul Ryan called the remarks against Curiel a "textbook definition of a racist comment."
“Why are we having all these people from shithole countries come here?” Trump said, according to these people, referring to countries mentioned by the lawmakers.
Trump then suggested that the United States should instead bring more people from countries such as Norway, whose prime minister he met with Wednesday. The president, according to a White House official, also suggested he would be open to more immigrants from Asian countries because he felt that they help the United States economically.
In addition, the president singled out Haiti, telling lawmakers that immigrants from that country must be left out of any deal, these people said.
“Why do we need more Haitians?” Trump said, according to people familiar with the meeting. “Take them out.”
In 1992 Trump hotel is penalized for discrimination. A judge rules against the Trump Plaza Hotel in New Jersey, concluding the hotel discriminated in removing a African-American dealer from a table at the request of a wealthy player.
“They don’t look like Indians to me,” Trump says during a 1993 Congressional hearing when talking about Native American casino officials, accusing them of working with organized crime. He adds that political correctness have given Native American status to some people who don’t “look like Indians.”
Claims double-standard on “n—–”. On FOX News in 2013, Trump responds to Democratic Rep. Charlie Rangel’s use of the word “cracker” for white people by saying there is unfair and greater backlash against Republicans who use “n—–” to describe black people.
Also in 2013 Trump repeats falsehoods on minorities and crime.
During the ramp-up to George Zimmerman/Trayvon Martin trial, Trump tweets that “the overwhelming amount of violent crime in our cities is committed by blacks and Hispanics.” This seems to come from a New York City report showing blacks and Hispanics were also the majority of crime victims. An FBI report disputes Trump’s claim nationally.
African-American youth “have no spirit,” Trump told a Republican luncheon in Baltimore in 2015, adding “they’ve just about never done more poorly.”
Stands by Mexican “rapists” remark. In an interview with CNN in 2015, Trump insists Mexico is sending rapists to America. He does not seem to accept research showing that rapes of women crossing the border are largely done by traffickers.
Takes a swipe at Jeb Bush’s Mexican-American wife in 2015. In a tweet he later deleted, Trump writes that Bush “has to like the Mexican illegals because of his wife.” Columba Bush was born in Mexico and legally immigrated to the United States.
Ironic considering Melanie came to this country illegally.
In 2015 after two white men indicated Donald Trump inspired them to beat and urinate on a homeless Hispanic man, Trump initially calls it a “shame” but says his supporters are “passionate.”
On Facebook in 2016, the former Klansman David Duke urges his followers to vote for Trump, saying it is “treason to your heritage” to vote for others.
Ill be bookmarking this thread for reference

Well, I don't see him behind the bars or being tried in any court of law. To a law student, it seems like nothing but hypothetical allegations.

Freedom of speech is a fundamental right you know.
That means the government can't shut you up. Civil society doesn't have to tolerate you tbh.

The constitution was written in an era where women and minorities had no rights. Written by old white men who owned slaves.
Side note: according to the constitution taxes are unamerican and illegal. So not really 'going accordingly', no.
His racist inflammatory rhetoric has real tangible consequences.
Hate crimes have increased since he took office.

The constitution is fully amendable and so it has been amended hundreds of times according to the time and the need and the demand of the situation by the lawmakers. This is their job. They are doing pretty good. In fact, other countries refer to American constitution before formulating their own. for eg. India

Of course not.. Use your freedom of speech and right to protest.. force the law makers (in a peaceful way) to take action. This is the right way to go at it.

hypothetically you aren't a trump sympathizer or racist yourself
but it doesn't matter if you are or if you aren't
what matters is the implication of your argument

I just forwarded your claim to several actual practicing lawyers trained byHarvard, Yale, Stanford, and Berkely?....For shits and giggles one of them is even a Republican.
They all independently said you are full of it and have thinking that is common to a 1L.
Good for you.
Even better for you...lets you know you have some work to do before your own future peers consider you to be a serious law student. One of them said you need to review your chapter on logical fallacies and also on jurisprudence.

No one here made that claim. You seem confused.
Also check your facts. He was tried multiple times in the 70s and 80s for discriminating in housing and employment and was found GUILTY by federal courts. His money saved him from rotting in prison. But make no mistake. He is a criminal.
