Those sound like normal interactions-either you gotta make the move, or he has to. It's troublesome since Aries find it hard to confess to somebody, and Pisces are just super elusive and hard to figure out lol. Since Aries are the cardinal folks, you would be more likely to let him know about your feelings because Pisces can be a bit shy and don't really make it clear about how they feel (well, based on what I've seen going on with my Pisces friends).

What causes a Pisces man to stop liking you?
This pisces guy i dont know very well has done some things that got me interested in him:
-answering a question i was assigned to, for me
-picking my pen up after he told me it fell and i ignored it
-calmed me down before an oral presentation. afterwards asking if i felt better
-he makes prolonged eye contact with me, even when i smile, look away and look back again i see him still staring without smiling
-Sometimes he smiles when we make brief eye contacts
-He brought my attention to the fact that his heart was beating fast and it made his shirt move
-i messaged him first privately, reminded him of a due date (regardless that someone in the group chat already reminded us about it), he thanked me two times and said that i’m the best.
-After a few days i messaged him first again and reminded him of another due date but he didn’t thank me and conversation was very brief (seemed unenthusiastic). he saw me the next day though and we kept smiling at each other.
So far i have been the one messaging him first for two times but it has only been about college stuff.
he has yet to reach out to me, and i dont know if i should take that as a sign of disinterest or not.
whenever i compliment him, he always goes quiet, put his head down and smile at himself. and when i was talking to a guy sitting next to me i noticed he was looking at us and listening to our connvo so i smiled at him and Whenever i texted him he replied right away.
