Question about Taurus Crush

But anyways.. Back to the question... I dont really get how they act, is she acting normally and i shouldn't get my hopes up or are these things a Taurus would do if they like you?
I'm an outgoing person but when it comes to these kinds of stuff I get really shy and I'm too shy to ask her about it and I don't want to seem too pushy and pathetic trying to get her attention. Especially since we don't see each other as much and our conversations are brief.

The Beginning:
I have a crush on this Taurus friend who almost knows everything about my love life and I know about hers (it was one time we were sitting alone after our friends left us and we spilled everything to each other) but anyways...I told her that I like her.... over the text (I know its kinda cowardly but I didnt see her at school much because of classes) she was surprised and I didnt want it to be awkward between us and I didnt think that she would like me back anyways, besides, I just needed to get it off my chest so I just told her and she was like "wow... Ummm" again I didnt want it to be awkward so I almost immediately told her not to worry and that I'll get over these feelings... She just replied with "I know you will.... You badass" I made a few jokes, she laughed and then our convo ended.
This past summer:
We have each other on snapchat and one day she commented on one of my adventure snaps... It slowly started to turn into a conversation... It felt REALLY nice, we made jokes and made fun of each other it was our first conversation in a long time... Again it was nice. (That was at the end of summer and almost the beginning of school again.) So at one point I made a joke which referenced to her favorite movie ever. She laughed and she was like "Nice job... I like you even more now... keep it up" So I panicked since I was in the process of getting her out of my heart and I said "oh damn how do I reverse that 😛" or something like that, I said it in a joking way (we joke a lot with each other if you haven't noticed by now) but ya I don't really remember what I said exactly but anyways.
Fast forward to Present:
Okay sooooo now that school started I dont know how to react around her, I just panic even though I act and look chill on the outside. I notice that she sometimes avoid my gaze so I do the same to her. When we're with our group of friends she jokes and laughs and look at me. Yesterday my cousin (who's gorgeous and my crush don't know that she's a relative) took my phone and posted a selfie of herself on my story which my crush saw. In the evening suddenly I got a notification of her taking a screenshot of our previous convos a long while ago which she saved on our snapchat 'chat'. That conversations started when she was feeling down and I was trying to cheer her up. I told her about how beautiful she is and that shes the most beautiful girl I ever saw and what I love about her even more is her personality even more than her looks which I did, I only liked her when I started talking to her (did I ever mention that she's like... Drop dead gorgeous and has a LOT of people who admire her) I repeatedly told her that she's beautiful and not to think bad about herself... So ya apparently she took a screenshot of that convo for some reason and it was a really old one, even before I told her that I liked her.
