Aqua and Pisces have strange energies which can be too much for the other, that's why sometimes it never works. Aquas can be loud or seriously quiet the next day depending on who they are around or their mood at that time.
When I dated a Pisces I would find him to be too quiet or unsure or shy or overthinking (sometimes who would inappropriately think out loud about thinks I was not suppose to hear), or sometimes his surprises would overwhelm me.....it was never normal when I was with him.....I would try and entertain him ,only to fail.
