I dont like hairy men for 3 reasons:
a) They smell worse when they sweat in comparison with less hairy men (even if they have 3 showers per day)
b) a shaved chess makes a man look younger.
c) If he has a nice body with the hair he is hiding the muscles.. and he is less sexy than what he would without the hair.

I've never had a woman be turned off by my chest hair...
I'm a Virgo - I can chill a woman out WAY BEFORE the clothes come off!!

This has little to do with relatioships, but I couldn't see where else to post it. Leo section might do, but this is more a general issue. Anyway, summer is here in a few months and I was thinking about the eternal hair or no hair issue. Obviousely I get the impression that a hairy chest is NOT on the in-list this summer, in fact, hasn't been since David Hasselhoff went off the screen.
But I don't shave my chest. I trim it, sure, but still, I wouldn't feel like mylself if I shaved it off. So what's your opinion on the subject? Is chest hair, no matter how neatly trimmed, yeah or yikes? Keep in mind that I've been working out for most part of my life, so being quite muscular I ain't really the same sight as a pale and hairy little fatty in surfing shorts. And keep in mind that I only mean upper chest hair and not whole-upper-body-and-back-hair.
I know some women like to say "women shave their legs, so men should shave their chest", but that philosophy makes zero sense to me since there are many women who actually like men with hair on their chest, and also, hair on men has never been a taboo in our society. Women are shavers, men are trimmers. Not my choice, but that's the way it is, so let's keep the politics out of it. This is purely a question of aesthetics.
