I agree with this, it could def be weird in certain situations. But I’d say if this type of situation wouldn’t happen if neither of you have kids, or ex husband/wives, bang away. Bonus points if friends as well

Well funny thing is I think he's a hoe as well. A girl was outside his door for about 20min waiting on the dick sitting on the stairs because he wouldn't open the door. 🤦🏽♀️ Bad sign I know so I haven't approached him since. I have a kid I don't think he does.

Good. One ended because he moved so he set me up with a different neighbor/his friend. When he moved back to town we started again (though we weren’t neighbors no mo) and it was hotttttt. He ended up setting me up with like 7 more friends.
The other was also fun. It continued even after I moved apartments. I ended it because one night he invited me to his apartment for the first time and only wanted me to suck his dick and didn’t return the favor 😢
