About 6 weeks ago I posted about a guy I’d recently met that was moving very fast into a relationship with me. I’m happy to report we’re an official couple. Yeah our conversations are always really organic. Nothing ever feels forced at all. And I don’t look at him as his age, he’s just “my person.” At first he wouldn’t tell me how old he was so I googled him and told him. He got scared I would run if I knew his age.

That's a little bit backwards. You have your soulmate(s) before you find your twin. The experiences with the soulmates are what make it possible to open the door to find your twin flame. It's pretty crazy and tumultuous. I've been researching this for the past month now. But yes, it may take several lifetimes before we are ever united with our twin flame.

Funny, I dated a much older Gemini as well. The age gap was a little more than yours, but I knew him for 4yrs before I decided to date him and that's when all his positive qualities turned into negative.
I was attracted to him because he was charming, was protective of me, very refined and accomplished...we had lots of chemistry. As soon as we began dating, all his insecurities emerged. Just my talking to another guy in his presence would make him jealous; he got incredibly possessive. I couldn't do anything without making him angry. Every time I behaved as myself, it made him feel rejected.
I've come to realise, that with an age gap so large, the main reason behind the attraction (for the man) is probably the partner's physical appearance and sex; for the woman, it's his maturity and achievements. There really cannot be much in common. I never felt an equal to him and if I ever tried, it would piss him off. Although he never expressed this, he wanted me to remain submissive in every way.
Now I balk at the thought of age gap relationships. They can be very stressful and are not for everyone.

I’m still debating whether or not I want kids. With him I feel like I’d we had a baby (he’s very open to it) that would be our whole life together. Me toooooo omg it's been so overwhelming to learn lmao. I joined a fb group about it and I've been reading and watching videos so much to say on here but the bottom line is that twin flames have a higher purpose together on earth and that's to bring the world to a higher consciousness and frequency. So in order to do that you have to learn how to love unconditionally. That means to be your best self and to heal your traumas and that's how you become one with your twin. It's so much to understand but it's honestly within you. I sound like the matrix but it's kinda like that lmao

That's a little bit backwards. You have your soulmate(s) before you find your twin. The experiences with the soulmates are what make it possible to open the door to find your twin flame. Me toooooo omg it's been so overwhelming to learn lmao. I joined a fb group about it and I've been reading and watching videos so much to say on here but the bottom line is that twin flames have a higher purpose together on earth and that's to bring the world to a higher consciousness and frequency. So in order to do that you have to learn how to love unconditionally. That means to be your best self and to heal your traumas and that's how you become one with your twin. It's so much to understand but it's honestly within you. I sound like the matrix but it's kinda like that lmao click to expand

About 6 weeks ago I posted about a guy I’d recently met that was moving very fast into a relationship with me. I’m happy to report we’re an official couple. The 17 year age difference isn’t any problem (he’s 49 and I’m 31). The sex is great, he treats me exactly how I love to be treated and we’re constantly traveling. The crazy thing - he has a son that’s the same age as the guy I dated prior to him. 🤣
Somehow I always felt like I’d end up with an older man. How is it I find him so much more attractive than mostly everyone else I’ve dated?
