I have never considered age to be a factor when getting to know someone. I must say it's a real turn-off when being younger or older holds relevance to another person. With that being said, I have yet to connect with anyone younger.

okay i understand but for a guy it might be diffrerent, for example if i wanted to have a child maybe someone older would be less fertile, though it may not always work like this

Well with arguments like those, you could say that women usually out-live men. So why date a guy that will die before you do?

you date the guy because he'll be alive for the majority of your life. but if she can't have children then thats different.

I know, I was being slightly satirical. Both genders can be un-fertile though.

But from the posts it sounds like you're feeling pressured to do something..

Just know you don't have to jump to

anything you don't want to.

When you get older, difference in age doesn't really matter cuz you'll both be old. For me i'd say 3-5 years but depends on the person too. If its a hot rich star im not gonna turn her down.

so you'd date an 18 yr old if they're "mature enough" but not a 40 year old? With you having 37 yrs?

I think we both know 18 year olds and 37 year olds have almost zero in common. Imagine the conversations you'd have over coffee....
