How is your self control when it comes to...

...Spending?

I met my sag cousin for a late lunch today. I haven't seen her in awhile since we're both so busy with work.

She always bitches about finances when we talk over the phone. She just bought a new car and has other debt as well.

After lunch we walked around and did a little window shopping. We stopped in at this vintage shop with lots of fine jewelry. She ended up dropping $ 700 on a diamond cluster ring!!

I tried to be the voice of reason in her ear, "That $ $ would make a great payment towards your car..."

"Put it on hold and think about it for a day or two, that's a huge purchase".

But she saw it, wanted it, and had to have it.

I have a fire moon so I can relate to the urge to spend, but not that excessively.

Sags, when it comes to spending are you impulse shoppers?

I dont spend money on myself. When it comes to someone I love @rockyroadicecream , I will get anything that makes her happy.

My sag friends are not impulsive buyers, they can be but they are successful amd can afford it anyway.

My impulse control is non-existent. I get miserable when I'm forced to budget and control my spending.

Same here. It help when I buy little things for myself now and again to treat myself to something nice. I'll be much more thrifty with the rest of my spending then.

Well, I can save really a lot of cash...but then I can also spend a lot if I made a decision to buy some thing that I want, no matter how much it costs. 🙂

Well this guy at work invited me to Chicago for memorial.

I brought my ticket, hotel, flight within 20 mins.

Im pretty impulsive on some things.

I just brought a tv after carefully mulling over it for 2 years.

I just brought a ruko after a bout a year of thinking it over.

Ive been thinking about getting a cat for 4 years now.

I've recently opened two CD accounts.. And about to open maybe two more ... So even when I spend.. I'm still making money.. And I'm really getting better... Like thinking carefully... And making sure I have multiple incomes.. Even though I'm a college student with a up and coming company..

She'll mature... Seriously..

But it took me 23 years... Her mindset will change entirely..

Amazon Prime Now is amazing....I usually get my free delivery in less than two hours.

She texted me this morning and asked for a refund on her cruise ticket (we were planning to go end of March). Damn Ÿ

VIT and Aquarius moon, and Cancer rising and whatever houses I have. I feel like I always have the plans and budget for rainy days. I go out at least once a month, and possibly buy things if the sales are good and I've searched around first though.

If I am not careful I could over spend at the casino. So I have to take a certain amount with me and that's it.

Never ever ever take them to a Casino.

Doesn't matter if they let you hold the money.

Doesn't matter if the tell you to stop them when they reached an amount

At some point it won't even matter if you're alive or not

Horrible.

My mom has ZERO self-control..

If she goes out alone for shopping(or even otherwise) ~ the day ends with my dad(CAPRICORN) pissed and going cold on her.

Poor thing's spirit that skyrockets in joy when she comes back home, is always dampened by my dad.

But its not his fault.

My self control when it comes to my temper is ...waning.
