YOU KNOW IT!!!! Sweet! it was sent to me when it was official that Obama was the winner. I didn't know what the hell it was until I open the part where I read the prayer. I thought, "Why am I getting this lol"

YAY!!!! A song was sent to me that everyone knows 😄 I like the piano part -- I like the beginning of it actually. In the text, there's a picture of Obama praying and the music starts.

There are people out there, just waiting for an opportunity to crush the United States .. if people think this is old-fashioned thoughts, then they are fools.

If we put a person in power who is CHERISHED .. this person then becomes our heart, our idol that we look up to, to save us from our suffering. In this case, our economy, mainly, but, there's other things we need rescued from.

For those people looking to destroy us, our faith, our patronage, our hope .. this man is a walking target.

We weren't ready for this .. we first had to dig ourselves out of holes, and become a strong country again before we could grasp at a person who represents change in terms of hope ....

It's so evident to me, and how in the world can I be the only one who sees this, is my question.

If someone means to break you, and you put all your hope into one basket .. then thier going to attack your basket. That is so elementary to me.

That is the case for Jesus, Kennedy, King .. all of them. Do you think it was just coincidence that these people who died had some power?

I don't wish anyone dead .... but, as sure as I'm sitting here, Obama, if we put this much praise and hope for our country into a human being like this ... then those who mean to take the US down are going to kill him.

Crazy? Hell, yeah ... it's also the truth, because a person isn't going to target something that isn't important, they're only going to target something of value.

I've said, and will maintain, this man's life is in peril. People can attack me on a personal level because they aren't capable of understanding what I'm saying and thinking I feel this way about Obama, if they choose .... but, that just goes to show how right I am.

For the life of me, I cannot understand how people can only see in black and white, without any realization of what it means beyond that.

Well, tears streamed down my face this morning. Something I did not expect.

Well, last night I felt that way. I was anxious, and refused to look at the television. I did not answer phone calls. I think part of me wanted to brace myself for how the public might react in either outcome, and I expected the worst.

I finally turned on the tube and watched McCain's concession speech. Even then, I got emotional. I felt overwhelming sadness for him. I felt tears as well, but they did not fall.

Despite my not being a McCain supporter, in my mind, I felt his pain and regrets. I have no idea why.

This thread is bizarre yet typical of the antics certain people continue to play.

I did not vote for Barack. I did not vote for McCain. Of the two, Barack deserves this chance. Will he seize the moment or screw up? Only time will tell. His speech last night was significant because he seems to be the only grown-up around in a sea of juveniles in Washington DC. After two decades of greed, easy money, and irresponsible choices committed by the Congress, let's hope things sober up in DC.

Either McCain or Obama would have had the worst hand dealt to them. Any REAL AMERICAN of character would wish either of them luck rather than spewing racist bigotry, stupid twisted visions of assasination, or other stupidity that reflects more poorly on the poster than anything else.

If you want to be flippant, start up a topic on which First Lady you would like to bang, Michelle Obama or Cindy McCain.

When I say what will happen, I am referencing us citizens. What do you think would be our reaction?
