I actually have the same fear that P-angel mentioned, though. Why? Because I have lived among the clueless and hate-motivated type of people who would do and support a terrible thing like that. I certainly hope it doesn't come to pass, or you know what? The riots that occur after that will be like nothing we have ever SEEN before, and that would just flush the toilet this country is in right now.

But the muslim thing...seriously, did no-one do any research before they voted? Obama was raised by a white woman from Kansas. WTF would she know about Islam? Sure, there are probably muslims in Kansas, but it's not exactly the Islam capital of the world. And as someone else mentioned, even if he is...there are a lot of really relaxed, spiritual and peaceful Muslim people, kids. I don't see any behavior from Obama supporters that different from any election celebration, and I've watched quite a few during my lifetime. There are some wet eyes at every victory celebration (yes, even BUSH!)

You are only seeing what is shown on television, and cameras only go where the hysteria and emotion is, and the sight of cameras causes hysteria and displays of emotion in crowds. I am a member of the media and have watched this happen on countless occasions.

No president is worshiped or idolized here. Eventually, even those who voted for him disagree with his policies and decisions. Because, yes, they are master deceivers, and also, they cannot possibly deliver all their promises because this is a system of checks and balances (well, it was before the last eight years, anyway), and their policies will be shot down and obstructed.

Meanwhile, if I see any shrines to Obama in anyone's cubicle or on their coffee table, I'll be sure to set them straight. 🙂

You know, I'm sick of people just talking about a "certain" group moved to tears. I think anyone that supported this was moved to tears -- not all but most.

I cried my eyes out while watching him speak. Goodness, I stoppped and tried to get my emotions stable because I knew I couldn't got to sleep because of work and school. So I sort of stopped my MAX. emotional outbursts.

But its coming, I can feel it right now actually ... the more I think about it ... this is something that I me *Insert real name* help to victory! I would've been different if I didn't sign up to volunteer and campaign and stuff but I did. So I feel some serious emotions here because stomped hard for him. The only thing I didn't do was go to the rallies because they occurred when I was working. I help get the word out but I couldn't enjoy the festives 🙂

It was so hard too, working two jobs, then I started school this fall -- but I made sure I did what I could to get the message out there that this was the man that needed to be in the white house. I had to talk to some kids that were younger then me and enforce the fact that this was "our" moment to do something that the people 25 and older were afraid to do.
