I've spent 3 days defending "how it needs be done" to a client only to be told by "management" that what the client wants is "not correct but probably good enough" and to go ahead with it.

I'm sorry but don't tell me after 3 years of doing it the correct way, that 1) it can done a different way and 2) the only standard for that alternate way is "probably good enough"...

I can't do that kind of half-assed shit

Actually (Vivacious) was not playing along, he was being rude. Yes I am well aware of Scorpio sarcastic behavior I actually enjoy it at times(when is not rude) but there is a difference between being sarcastic humorous and being sarcastic rude trying to intelligently insult some one. None of his responses in any way even attempt to answer any of the questions, seriously anyway. And no I am not looking for something other than the stated purpose I am not looking for anyone to tell me what they think I want to hear or sugar code things, I am however interested on having an intelligent, mature conversation, listen to different opinions and learn from them, not sit here going back and forth on mediocre insults but that's just me, and while it is true you can learn many things just by everyday life some things you can actually learn just by asking, no matter how stupid the question may seem to you because to other people it may not be stupid. Learning that not everyone thinks alike, process things the same way, or have the same opinions and frame of mind is a process of life, being open minded.

Do you work in IT?

90% of my male friends work with software. It's a daily struggle because they approach it methodically and smart but still need to cater to the clients. Not a day goes by where one of them doesn't bitch about this.

There is a serious disconnect between how both sides see the end product.

I find them interesting, the women too, I seem to be drawn to them, get along with them, enjoy their sarcastic behavior(some times) and yes most on here know I've had my personal not so good experience with a Scorpio male, left an impression in me and curiosity, let's say just in case in the future I find myself connecting again with another Scorpio, I won't make the same mistakes. Other than that I just tend to be a curious person, I want to understand them find out why I am so drawn much more to them than any other people. I swear I can be in public and have a thousand people around me and always and up talking and connecting with a Scorpio(I don't actually know that at that moment) but as time goes by we talk and it's like "

Okay, well that energy you feel probably has a lot to do with your placements. If I recall, you were all torn and twisted inside because your Scorp bits squ your Leo bits (okay last sarcastic remark 😉).

Anyway, here's the thing, while it's great to get a lot of info, try not to let it take you away from the main point. The only way to truly understand a Scorp is to connect with that Scorp. You may make the same "mistakes" with another Scorp, why? Because that mistake was meant to happen. Meh. You'll both be stronger together for it, or not. Hopefully at the very least you will learn something about yourself because of it and be a better mate for someone else. As a Scorp, I'm reading your questions and thinking every answer you would get from me is based on the situation. They are also reflective of where the Scorp may be in their life's journey (all ego throwing a tantrum or mature and dealing with issues appropriately). Even if every single Scorp that ever graced this board answered your questions, while it may be insightful, it will be different from any Scorp you will meet.

Ask me any of these questions 10 years ago, you would have received very different answers. Geeze, ask me these things tomorrow before I have a cup of tea and you would get a different answer. Just because I've never gone back to a lover, doesn't mean I never will. There has been one person I trusted immediately and everyone one else needs an airplane and a parachute to get over my walls. There isn't any one reason why. So as much as you will learn and think you'll know after you've gathered all your intel (okay this is the last remark, promise), just ride the wave with said Scorp if you want to make it work. Drop the expectations. Be patient with yourself and him.

this thing keeps cutting my responses..ugh... because as you say my own placements. and I don't intend to use the info here to connect with someone, when I do connect with some one I do it because of who they are not what they are, however the little things you do learn and can remember like some characteristics being some what the same, example being sarcastic for instance, can help...I use to hate sarcastic people back when I was 18-19 around there..until I had to live with a Scorpio in his late 60's that was extremely sarcastic. It took us a while to get a long but finally one day it clicked and instead of me getting angry at his sarcastic comments I started to enjoy them, we would sit around and laugh at his sarcastic comments while people would walk around confused looking at us not understanding that he was basically insulting them. We even got in to a routine of watching law and order together, with very few words we could understand and connect with each other, it took him a lot of patience with me and a lot of time for that to happen...lol.

You Scorps are persistent-- I'll give you that.

Can't decide if it's good, or if it should just creep me out.

I think it can be good if it's used for good. Getting a job, protecting out loved ones. I think it's bad if left unchecked and used for bad. Stalking. Luckily, I've never been much of a stalker. I do tend to brood and persist on staying in that negative feeling for no real reason.

That is a good way of using things I applaud you...perhaps some should make a post about Scorpio: how to use your perseverance for good and avoid becoming a stalker..lol...innocent humor don't cut my head offt 😉
