They are both very young, based on his "I'm not a minor" comment. He really should start communicating now to test the feels. It's unlikely both of them are long term material for each other anyways.

He has nothing to lose by being straight up with his feelings.
He has everything to lose and another lesson to conquer later on if he doesn't.

I have told her how i felt multiple times and she just says that im too jealous and possessive. She usually just ends up crying and refusing to talk about the situation anymore after defending him. If she has feelings for him i just want her to come clean about it

If you are telling her Getoverhere, and she's not listening and getting emotional... she is conflicted.

That's not fair to you. What she's doing is inappropriate.

How often does she hang out with Libra ex?
As far as you know has she cheated with him?

I had the feeling this would happen.
Once the Libra was out of the way you would not be satisfied.
She stood up for you and your relationship and you still don't trust her.

Month, day, year and time of birth?

You are so silly, of course he really cares for her. LOL
Why would it be over just because his Venus is in Scorpio?

Furthermore, his Venus is Trine her sun.
She is exactly what he wants and will probably make more of an exception for her than anyone else.
