Scorpio= Secret Keepers OR Secret Fodder Keepers

Scorpio...the zodiacs call to privacy, intimacy, secrets and trust. They’re notorious for being keen observers and guarded at the core. With that reputation they often are called secretive but also that they keep secrets...safely tucked away.
Question is: are they actually good secret keepers (trusted to guard said private information for eternity) or they actually secret keepers with the intent to later use it as fodder during an argument?
TLDR: are Scorpios legit peoples of the secret cloth that actually can be trusted genuinely OR are they shady mofos that’ll sell your ass for a dime bag and tell all your shit when it conveniences them.
