I find men with sun in cancer or heavy cancer placements to be emotionally manipulative. It's the one sign I will actively avoid.
you have to see through the bs though.

I was just watchin this youtube channel on "getting the woman to do your bidding" kind of thing, and the guy has pisces mars/cancer moon. I thought hmmm he manipulated that woman to do his bidding, and she probably was attracted to, considering her placements and it ruined her career.

she is a scorpio sun/Capricorn moon actress. i'll post it in a bit. it was a very interesting story!

I haven't the time or interest to see through their bullshit.

That's exactly it, getting others to do their bidding, that I can smell miles away. It's like a rancid, grey fog coming towards me and I think 'no thank you!'

I hate that people see Cancers this way, we have to evolve and mature.

It is Cancers stubborn and stupid immature side that people are expressing in this thread.

I'm so glad i have a Taurean moon and mars, thick skin is there.

Those Taurus placements will make you more grounded

It's Cancer moon men I would find difficult.....too moody and overly sensitive

Yep, see. Nobody on this site likes cancers. I figured that. Another reason not to care about what I say on here. 🙂
This is why I don't have any experience with Cancer men......and I try to avoid the experience.

There is always another side that they keep hidden. That nasty little voice in the back of their heads that's saying what they really feel....while their lips say something else.

Unlike their opposite, Capricorn men....who is also very much concerned with how people perceive them......Cancer men maintain more than one 'facade'...while Capricorn perfects the *one* they have.

I really want a relationship with one person at a time....even if that person is not perfect....I can handle most facades but only wish to keep track of *one*.

I don't want to go to bed with one and wake up to another.

.....if we would have responded to you differently......I can imagine the fake niceness oozing though the browser.....but we didn't.....so we get the idgaf what you think guy....the *honest* one. The one that knows he has nothing to gain so why bother?

That's no different from anybody. The only real way to get the truth out of someone is when they are mad with you.

It's interesting, when I first learned about astrology when I was a teenager, I really liked what I read about Cancer. I figured I'd date a Cancer man for sure but I haven't, so far. I don't have anything against it (if it's the evolved version of the sign of course), it just hasn't happened yet.

I had a crush on a Cancer sun with Aries moon man many years ago, but it turned out that he wasn't single so that was that. He didn't hit on me, I just mean that when I found out he wasn't single, I knew not to pursue it.

I've dated 3 men with Cancer Venus and Mars - all Gemini suns who were born within 2 weeks of each other, same year. I was in my early 20s when I dated the first two, and they showed some of the negative traits of Cancer at that time but they may have matured since. The third Gem was in recent years and he had positive Cancer traits.

People on this site are highly subjective towards certain signs. People allow their personal bias cloud their rational thinking. Avoiding people of a certain sign because of a few slights by people who happen to have placements in a certain sign and not taking into account, above all else man has free will and controls his own natal chart, it does not control him, is highly irrational. Those are not the type of people you should seek answers from.

We need more logical and objective members on this site. Mercurial and Uranian types have it tough here, having to sift through the anecdotal evidence, personal bias and irrational subjective opinions is like wading through the city refuse dump site.

OP if you want to engage in something with somebody, don't let astrology hold you back. People try to rationalise people's behaviour to astrology and their natal chart, worst mistake anyone can make. When people do that, then that is their own ego talking, same situation as when people call others materialistic, don't allow your inability to manifest materially, effect your attitude towards other people who are manifesting. Once again that is ego.

Astrology is fun and no doubt it has helped me decipher my own psychology, but really, don't try to apply astrology to every and all areas of life, especially independently motivated people.

You can easily identify these people by the "this is true, i know people with this placement" statements people often make here. I wonder how far these people have traveled, how many different cultures they have interacted with, or how many people they have met beyond their families and social groups in their own town or city, because their subjective narrative seems to pool from a small source of people, that or reading too much, as I like to call 'pop culture astrology'.

Forums thrive on subjective thinking...
Even though I'm guilty of some of this, this is probably the realest thing I've ever read on here.

The question is 'what's your experience with Cancer men?' Which was directed at Scorp ladies.

Those experiences WILL be subjective because they're derived from personal experiences. That's why people are offering their views based on their personal views and feelings.

OP didn't ask for objective experiences.
