Where are all my sneakerheads? What are the sickest pair of sneaks you own?

Personally, I'm not one. But I do have a classic throwback pair of dunks, made and sold *only* in Taiwan. Betcha wanna know how I got them. 😛 There's cool Chinese calligraphy on the interior and bottom.

If you're not a sneakerhead, what are the flyest, funky-freshest, most sickening pair of kicks you've ever laid claim to. How would you describe their value and level of comfort?

Feel free to post pics. 🙂

I used to wear Reebok. When I was young, I had a white patent leather pair. lol I thought they made me look cool. lmao

Puma...I like Puma too. I spotted a dog traipsing around the streets of lower Manhattan sporting Pumas that looked exactly like mine. Go figure.

I dont do sneakers anymore...Never did Jordans (I find owning the company more appealing).

I love my Asics Onitsaka Tigers...I have two pairs, there comfortable and flyy. Ive got your standard forces. I just realized how ugly they are as a whole and very uncomfortable. I never where them. They feel like bricks on your feet.

I would be a sneakerhead, but I just dont see the point at this time in my life.

""Im going to bring it back this summer, and wear them with a pair of bamboo earrings one day""

I have gold bamboos from '88. 😛 Of course, I was a mere toddler then- they were my aunties. She gave them to me and I wear them at least once a week. lol

I know it would be funny to do a vibrator post and watch all the ads pop up ha

My doggies shake like a leaf when its time to go to the doggie groomers..I realised why..I asked the vet exactly what their grooming entails he told me they do a skene glands removal. They squeeze out the rear end gland contents and its very painful for them. If you dont have it done then they have a strong but odor.

They get these appts at least every three months..but they priss around when they get done because they look so cute haha

I am not a sneakerhead at all, in fact, I'm not your typical female that swoons in the middle of an aisle of shoes, but, I am dating a guy who is. And me being the perfect girlfriend I am and a little ocd at times 🙂 got him the sweeeetest gift one xmas, a pair of limited Nike SBs.

They are modeled after the taxi cabs in Tokyo which is where he does a lot of his work

I dunno. I find that once you've seen one city, you've seen them all.

It seems the urban youth of nearly every metro area look and dress similarly to their inner-city counterparts. NYC is clearly a global hub of fashion, so the city attracts those with an inclination towards design and the latest trends. But, it doesn't necessarily mean the natives (are able to) take advantage of their location. For example, gentlemen of Harlem and BK tend to be overly-flashy, while the average New York female may remind you of a B-Girl- not very girlie.

Now, the more upper class along with the (often) pretentious college kids are the actual Bohemians.
