Why does everyone think I am not ready to be tied down? LOL..am I that fickle with emotions? Intrigued to know..

I want a taurus, I want a taurus, I want a taurus!!!

So I am curious, I have been in a relationship with a Scorpio and I am a Pisces with a Taurus rising.

We are good except for when he disappears occasionally... usually because he's going through something and shuts down. I don't take it very well, but I after I calm down I am rational and understanding.

Anyways I am just wondering what people's opinions are on that mix. I don't know his rising because I don't know his time of birth, but if Taurus is an intense match and Pisces is water so it's also harmonious with a Scorpio, is that beneficial for us or no?

I agree totaly. Scorpios possess power that they will never reveal. (a scorpion trapped inside a flame ring commits suicide instead of giving you the satisfaction of killing it)
However when it comes to Scorpion - Taurus (emotional-romantic) relationship, Scorpio doesn't actually feel the need of having the lead because the fulfillment and purity that a taurean can offer is unique, thus trully appreciated.
As for intellectuality these two often complete themselves, the ideas and way of thinking of both are valued by the opposite side.
Passion? hmm... As a taurus I can't remember myself having been able to hold myself with a scorpio woman... I would do (almost?) anything...

The truth is, there is no sign more powerful than the Bull when it is pushed hard enough. Taureans have tenacity, grit and perseverance in bundles, in fact, the oft maligned stubbornness of Taurus is a frequently just a misuse of their tremendous reserves of pure strength. The funny thing is, for how agreeable we are and how good as subordinates we can be, the Bull is secretly indomitable. Deep down, it really only cares about its own opinion. That and maybe its mother's.

In the end these two are capable of helping each other evolve fully into amazing human beings. Scorpio will teach Taurus that every now and again one has to show their power and energy for it to be respected. With Scorpio's watery insistence, Taurus can reach unimagined goals that few others could. Taurus will teach Scorpio about sharing and surrender, and about respecting boundaries. It will also teach Scorpio that sometimes the underside of something is on the underside for a reason, and that some things are, in fact, simple.

When the hard carapace and tender center of Scorpio is met with the calf-leather thin skin and rocklike inner core of Taurus, if they can manage (and it isn't easy), together they are unstoppable.

Are we talking about physical strength or emotional strength? cause I highly doubt either one. The thing is Bulls just Think they are the Sh1t. My best friend is a Taurus and so is my Mom, and my most recent EX. And they all have alot of similarities in common like they all are sh1t talkers, every single one. As far as female bulls go they are also drama queens. But the thing I've learned about them is they are very co-dependant people, I'm not speaking of the men, but the females. My Mother on one hand Cannot stand to be alone sif she is alone her traits of being a drama queen and sh1t talker amplify not to mention she becomes very depressed. She might not cry about it or do any of those sappy things but i can tell she is greatly affected by them. Also I've noticed this with my ex and my mom they both tend to pick up traits of the person they are with in essence they sort of become the person they are with. I'm sorry if they are not aware of that but I have noticed it from both my mom who acts like her bf and my ex who started to become like me.

On the other hand Scorpios might be sensitive but we are never co-dependant on someone we prefer to find strengt

Scorpio's tend to find strength within ourselves. We may be more sensitive and have stronger feelings about things than most do, but what you people fail to realize is that we ALL have feelings for a reason. Feelings are power and what give us strength, the stronger your feelings are the more power is derived from them. Ancient proverbs for you, True strength comes from within. And this is why astrologers often say Scorpios are the most powerful sign out of the entire zodiac even though other signs fail to see, or won't admit.

And as far as physical strength goes, Me and my Taurus buddy decided to box because he use to train as a boxing gym, which I have never done. Only fighting experiences I've had come from real fights. Anyways to make a long story short he was talking all kinds of trash like "i'll go easy on you .. ect, ect." and he is a bigger guy than me. Well we put on the gloves and we do a boxing match infront of his girlfriend. He got more contact blows on me but he only manages to put a small cut in my mouth, where as I gave his a large cut in his lip that was so bad he couldn't kiss his girl cause his mouth was all bloody, I gave him a black eye, and cut his other cheek not to mention wore his ass out, his face was all battered, and he threw in towel. After that his girlfriend was like "wow where did you learn to fight like that?" he was pretty embarrassed I guess. Cause he would say shit like "you made my girlfriend so mad cause I couldn't kiss her after that" Thats not the impression I got from her though, she seem more impressed.

Also i remember for like a month after that fight he would go around and tell his other buddies that I might not look like much but I can handle my sh1t.

My point is you guys might be practical earth bound people that work hard. I'll give you that (me and my taurus buddy both worked construction together and he busted ass better than I did)Your not as superb as you might believe you are. Maybe spend some time trying to figure out what your flaws are so you can work to improve them instead of thinking that you have no flaws. Everybody has them only difference is some people are willing to accept what they are, I've never seen a Taurus do this though. I could never say anything of the sort to them even if I was trying to help them, they just deny it till the end.

they have no problem telling you what you are flaws are though 😛

I've never felt a scorpio sting that I could not give back 3X far worse than the scorpio could have ever imagined.
so far all the scorpios i know cannot stand the taurus. and for the most part most tauruses i know dispise scorpios.
I have however seen many Gemini/Scorpio Combinations which seem to work pretty well as well as Scorpio/Cancer.
(for some reaons i dont see many cancer/pisces lasting)
I know a lot of tauruses seem to be very drawn to the Cancers though =]

I dont know about polar opposites - pisces is mine and as much as I do find myself attracted to MANY - I always leave because
the way they play around, and I wont stand for it, or their clingyness, orrr overly emotional side o.O
I did date a scorpio for nearly 8 years though ... until he ran off to have an affair - tried coming back
but - never again will i date a scorpio. as friends they're great for me (except most of the female, very few have i been able to truly trust) but as a relationship id say cancer or gemini seems better for a scorpio.

though i think if two people are willing to work and continue to grow themselves (and the maturity level) anything can go with anything =]

Wow there is a lot of Scorpio hate in this thread. I think Eagle scorpions generally do not play games, do not manipulate, do not press vengeance, unless you REALLY deserve it. (I have broken up with several guys, who I would NOT get back with, but only 1 would I ruin his life. And he was violently abusive)

There is definitely intuitive attraction between Taurus and Scorpio. I've never gotten close to one, so I don't know how it plays out. I get impatient, don't like being neglected/ignored. Though I have had some amazing conversations with Taureans, it seems to be one really fantastic conversation (enough to get me interested) and then they disappear.

Hello...I'm a 37 year old female, Taurus that is new to this site.

I agree with this topic, as there is something that definitely draws Scorpio's and Taurian's together.

I have ALOT of very good/close female, Scorpio friends.

6 months ago, I met and began to date a male Scorpio for the first time. From the moment that I saw him, I was immediately attracted to him. Within less than 15 minutes of him entering the room, he was at my side for the rest of the night - it was like a magnet. The chemistry is off the charts. 🙂

What would a Scorpio-Taurus dance be like?

my best friend is a taurus and i am a scorpio. its weird because what you write is true! its hard to be roomates with her sometimes, but its like we complete each other. she is like my family, but there is definately that competition. and secretly i agree us scorpios get jealous easily and the competition makes me want to look 10x better than her. im secretly working out and its like i cant help but feel i need to outdo her. feel prettier, have better skin, etc. maybe its just a girl thing? but i can trust her with my life and even though we rip each others hair off sometimes, ive never had a better friend. so i agree thats odd

Truth is, "there is no sign more STUBBORN than a bull"
and stubbornness is a terrible weakness
because it is self-destructive.

But like everything a bull does - it lasts only for short spurts.
