My scorpio was secreative out of insecurity. I jist love bombed the fuck out oF him until he relaized i was in it for the long run and slpwly his walls came down.

But...he never truly opened up considering he was having an affair.

Also he has a drug problem and he was of course as creative about that- in that situation I was kind of like a Gestapo, and didn't really give him too much privacy and he willingly handed me his phone and stuff to keep him on the straight and narrow.

Idk, I never didn't trust him and maybe that's where the issue lied.

Not sure that their secretiveness is something that needs to be dealt with, consider almost every Taurus has a even more secretive hidden layer beyond what astrology tells.

You just have to ignore it.

I did press him for some elaboration and examples, and I did profess that I thought I was a lot more open/less secretive than a typical scorpio but clearly I am not! Ha ha...

i got a reassuring "i'm not going to give up on you" but i recognise it's certainly a flaw in my personality. i'm working on it but in the meantime i'd hate to think that my shit causes him anguish.

ignoring it works for me!

By being an open book to begin with and patient. Giving trust and hoping for the same in time. Knowing what I want before I go for it. Intention means a lot. Approaching with love and strength.

i am with only scorp in venus and uranus but i feel very scorp when it comes to my relationship with him.

easygoing is more important to me.

Ok, cool, cause secretive is a whole 'nother animal and not cute.

Maybe you should consider sharing with him how difficult opening up is to you (giving him almost a heads up to not misinterpret your more quieter moments) and allow him to help on that front which can be a beautiful part of intimacy.

haha, it's honestly what it feels like. if i could have found someone running around boarding up the windows and barricading the doors, i would have popped that in as well.

good advice - thanks. yes very true. the problem is that even talking about how hard it is...is hard. the last time we neared the topic i found myself hunching my shoulders, squeezing my lips shut and literally putting my hands over my eyes. i just wanted the world (or myself) to disappear in on itself.
