I answered it. I take sex over typical, non sexual affection. But I'm not an affectionate person. I rarely touch my partner, unless we are about to have sex. I don't even hug him. I wasn't raised in an affectionate household, so I naturally don't show it.

My moon is in Cancer and my Venus is in Scorpio- You would think I wouldn't be as detached, but I was raised in a cold environment, so I am cold. I think it has to do with upbringing.

Had a conversation with my girl and few Other female friend's. Could affection be important then the actual act of sex. So far 2 women and 3 guys say No it isn’t and 1 guys and 4 women say yes it is more important.
How can a feeling of affection be as satisfying then Having an orgasam.
And could someone stay in a relationship with a person that sex is basic but is very affectionate. Vs someone who can deliver satisfaction sexually but is detached affectionately.
I would like to settle this argument.
