What I say will seem harsh, it's only dependent on my own exp with Virgos at work.

They can be very fake and flip flop to whoever is in front of them at the moment. Ie. if you complain about something, they will say "yeah, that's annoying", then if someone else says something different they will say "yeah totally". They can be hyper critical as a defense mechanism so people don't notice their flaws. They can be a whirlwind and bombard you with gossip and small talk so you don't ask them to do something more.

They can also be major hypocrites but are often late to work and make typos in a professional setting. Sometimes I think their best contribution is being nitpicky and complaining to throw the focus off their progress or lack of.

They can also be gutless and be the first to run at the sign of "danger". I don't see them standing up for much of anything. Lastly they can be major suck ups to the boss even when the boss is an asshole/bitch.

Did I mention they can be fake?? My Virgo co-worker asked me to be her maid of honour to make me think we were so close to use me to get her raise after raise. When she thought I was not longer of value, she did a 360. She's one of the worst people I have ever met 😢 Mistaking kindness for weakness.

I've witnessed A LOT of Virgo BS lately and am not impressed. In fact, I will be very cautious about trusting them from now on.

Again, based only on Virgos I know.

Maybe you should remind her that you have a birthday coming in the fall ..... just to be ready this year, since last year you failed to get anyone to notice you, and we wouldn't want another temper tantrum fiasco.

So its been an interesting full moon.

The virgo approached me today and she actually apologized for her the way she had been acting. I really felt like she understood how her actions were making me feel. i really do feel like we bridged the gap in just a lil ol 5 minute conversation.

However, i know in the business world...people are really good at masking and telling you want you want to hear.

Can she be trusted as a boss? only time will tell, i know. A conversation is all words and actions will have to back it up.

Keep that Moon on point.

Ya I know that, of course they're not all like that. I always keep an eye on new hires, see how they interact with the rest of the staff, how they perform, etc.

In my opinion, He said she said they said!!!

Ask her directly ,Why she is saying the things she say or does !?Simple solution . You will not get any correct information about her on this board from people who have no clue who she is or who you are!

But since you posted it here I assume you weren't looking for any accurate information instead your looking for accurate validation. That's cool. We all want to feel validated in a good way that's why we tell stories the way we do. That's ok too!

Eh, you gotta realize that Virgos are Mercurian, they express their grievances as a way to deflate and release the stress, unlike Gems who more often than not tend to talk about their fun adventures.

So yeah, youre not gunna be in love with one persons actions or whatever for the rest of your life, but the way she went about it is super unprofessional. There will be days when people get on her nerves and a Virgo will not hesitate to vent about it to anyone LOL. She is setting a bad example though because once a higher up starts acting a certain way it gives leeway for everyone else to act that bitchy.

Red flags for sure on her part, and no bueno for making work weird. Im definitely on your side about her stirring shit but perhaps there isn't a chip on her shoulder since shes the boss and can say w/e she wants for lack of repercussion since everyone is under her.
As a person in general I hate gossip so I wouldn't confide in her at all and keep it strictly business.

I just thank God for looking out for me. The hard work that i did throughout the years has really paid off. Im going to be under a real good boss. Strong and realistic. Im anxious to learn.

Next stop cpa and tear shit up.
