I've dated three and I don't understand them at all!

They over analyze things and even trick themselves out of a relationship.It's hard to figure them out because they are trying to figure you out. For example the one I was with, I told him about how I would never be with an abuser like my ex again. A normal person would take that as I'm done with that chapter in my life. He took it as I was still in love with my ex because if I weren't I wouldn't of even bought the subject up. If I asked him to buy me something for my birthday he would accuse me of only wanting him for his money. So he didn't buy gifts, he said it was better to just go out. Which was fine with me. But even when we did go out if I ordered anything off the menu that was even a little costly he accused me of being a gold digger lol. Needless to say that relationship did not last too long.

My fiancé is also a Virgo sun/moon/Mercury.. This guy won't pursue you until he sees clear indications that you're interested and serious about your interest.
Considering he's shown liking for 9 whole years(!) he probably doesn't think you're into him at all. Just imagine if the roles were reversed, and you faced rejection for 9 straight years.
Don't expect him to just chase you to no end after that, you need to at least meet him half way. If you're as into him as you say you are, you'd put yourself out there. Also expect to be held at bay and to be examined if you do show interest.
True I don't like being held at bay and that's when I explode and call everything off but I think that's what he needs

THE BAD VIRGOS THIS...
they want what they think is good for them practically if a relationship isn't or a person isn't they won't bother which in my opinion is very very wrong.
They want you ..but they don't have the character to put love first or they are not passionate enough to. They like you ...but they will put money work ahead of everything...people can be too much effort.
And they will even take what they can get from you without it distracting from their goals.

All the virgos I came across.. literally all of them..try playing games!They are pretty straightforward in expressing their interest n feelings for someone.But that stops there.N then they keep playing this back n forth (i dunno if it's the fear of rejection or just wanting a reaction)They then start beating around the bush for almost everything.They try to analyze n dig things when there's really nothing.I dunno how to put this simply... I just have had too many situations owing to the fact that I'm surrounded by Virgos.There was this one situation where a Virgo friend of mine manipulated our whole damn friendship which includes one other guy for over months.I always had my doubts but he made it all so believable.This guy was the best friend of that other guy(they have been friends for over 12years) n still managed to make the other guy look bad.He legit twisted each n every moment we 3 of us shared showing the other guy in the bad light while every time it was this guy at fault.It is appalling how he could twist things so much for so long.N there's this other gf of mine who kinda mangles things instead of being upfront about them(She is my bff since 8years ).. I've seen this pattern in all my other virgo friends as well.They wanna know something? No straight questions asked!They feel this need to play.If I have any questions for them.. no straight answers given! They just tiptoe around the topic.Sometimes all their analysis is not even needed.Dont get me wrong though.. it is my favorite sign. I absolutely adore Virgos.

My experience with Virgo's male and female have been fairly consistent.
Male Virgos: Co workers, Boss, two friends, one very close
ALL loved to pull passive aggressive crap. They would say one thing, then do another. Often it made me confused as to their true motives. And in time, this builds resentment. They want you to be honest and up front, but they don't give it in return.
They would be up front about my imperfections etc., but if you ever stated anything about them, OMG, that was a crime.
With the virgo women I've known, they were extremely opinionated and it was their way or the highway.
I alway found myself feeling as if I was competing with them most of the time because they would try to make you feel inferior. That doesn't work on me. I'm a very confident and competitive person. So in several cases, I moved on and let them be perfect in their minds.
I had a dear friend, a male virgo, who I actually connected with on a mental and emotional level and we remained close for over 30 years. Then a year ago, he told me one thing, but then did a different action.
I haven't heard from him since.
So when I read on here about virgo's, especially male virgo's who are hot and cold/passive and aggressive, I just think, yup, been there, done that.

From what I have observed, being a Virgo myself and having female Virgo friends.. we are signs who are inclined to manipulation. The three neighbors- Virgo, Libra and Scorpio. For me, these are the signs that have the potential for high-level manipulation. But not always for malicious purposes.
I had a Libra friend who did the same thing that Virgo friend of yours did- manipulated the relationships of other people.
But the intention behind the use of manipulation matters more to me than the act itself. I don't always see it as a bad thing. It is just a tool. Virgos might use it simply because of their curiosity about someone. Surely I use it coz I'm endlessly curious about people. I want to understand them, what they like, why they do what they do, how they react to certain things and situations, etc.

I've noticed that when the chips are down, I can always rely on a Scorpio.
They aren't fair- weathered friends, can match our fierce loyalty, impressively observant, can see through our crap, will not sit on the fence and we protect each other.

I'm the wrong person to answer this question honestly.For me the connection has almost always been instant with Virgos.We never needed to try ever.I bump into Virgos quite often( i dunno if it's something to do with astrology or just the vibes) n have always made remarkable connection with all the Virgos I came across.They all show immense love, care n loyalty n can make really good n deep conversations which I love.I can just sit with them in some deserted place n not talk or do anything n still feel like I had the best time .

Only they can level with my head n help me see things more clearly. Not that I'll take their advice n follow it, but they sure help me declutter all the extra noises n that's huge.

From what I have observed, being a Virgo myself and having female Virgo friends.. we are signs who are inclined to manipulation. The three neighbors- Virgo, Libra and Scorpio. For me, these are the signs that have the potential for high-level manipulation. But not always for malicious purposes.
I had a Libra friend who did the same thing that Virgo friend of yours did- manipulated the relationships of other people.
But the intention behind the use of manipulation matters more to me than the act itself. I don't always see it as a bad thing. It is just a tool. Virgos might use it simply because of their curiosity about someone. Surely I use it coz I'm endlessly curious about people. I want to understand them, what they like, why they do what they do, how they react to certain things and situations, etc.
Why should we care about being called "whipped" or being made fun of coz of our loyalty? Most other guys are dumbazzes anyway. They call us "beta" and shyte but when they get rejected, they whine and bytch about women all the time. Virgos don't mind giving up control when they trust someone.
I've noticed that when the chips are down, I can always rely on a Scorpio.
They aren't fair- weathered friends, can match our fierce loyalty, impressively observant, can see through our crap, will not sit on the fence and we protect each other.

For example, what I witness is my friend's men (and it's all the same story) express discontent somehow/someway over something and my friends think they're being clever or something and figure out what it is and try to show how they've "learned". Or stalking their guys and then appeasing some ideal they know the guy likes. Or hiding their feelings when their Virgo says or does things they don't like. It seems like constant work and not very honest but honestly no one is unhappy.
My cousin is VERY happy with hers and they may be getting married soon. Me and my other cousins worry but she's also said the good just outweighs the bad so much so she doesn't like to hear my opinion (just likes to share).
