Taurus Wants To Breakup But Hasn't Done It?

This topic was created in the Taurus forum by piscesman707 on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 and has 14 replies.

Why a Taurus May Want to End a Relationship Without Fully Breaking Up

A Taurus may hesitate to break up openly due to emotional attachment and fear of change. They often need time to process stress and may engage in subtle distancing like slow fades. Despite conflicts, Taurus values stability, making it hard to finalize a breakup even if they feel uncertain about the relationship.

So we had a few hiccups in the past but she came home angry around 2w ago and was irrational. Has been distant ever since but I finally got her to start talking about how she cares about me but she doesnt think she can be the one to accept me 100% .

Yet, she still hasn't shown to the world that we have broken up and we are still Facebook official. So she seems to be doing a slow fade and avoiding coming over yet wants to keep talking to me and be apart of my virtual life, I think?

Is she testing my perseverance? She has tried to brwak up before but removed the relationship status and did not do so this time.

Her parents are getting divorced and she needs to choose a career so seems to be under a lot of stress. Her current job she loathes too so I find it hard to take her wanting to split up seriously.

I'm more surprised than hurt right now because she has no friends, no job, her parents are splitting up and now she has no one else to hangout with.

Seems like a recipe for disaster.

Just make sure someone else isn't in the background.

I was thinking that too but she kept in touch over the weekend and gave me her whole schedule for Saturday and then rested all day sunday.. so..?

She had been in 3x 2- month relationships before we met. I am her longer and arguably best because we both grew in the 4~ years.

I see a pattern.

What happened over one weekend means nothing.

I last saw her a week ago at my place for our supper but she was busy with online classes both weekends, with intermittent reaching out. She seemed perfectly happy the last time I saw her, so her signing up for online courses that cannot be applied to college/university was surprisingly.

Her last day of work is Friday and almost no one is hiring under COVID-19 here.

Yes, the pattern being that she often does not articulate her wants and needs and bottled things up, leading to an unhealthy and explosive outburst?

She was upset 2w ago but as I wrote earlier, she came over a week ago for supper and was totally fine and we had a decent night.

So are you happy to accept that? ^^^

Seems to me it’s only a matter of time till she decides that she can’t accept you at all, more and more will start bugging her. The relationship is not moving forward but stagnant and will start going backwards from here.
