Why do I feel this weird connection with this person I barely know?

First of all, I am a female and at work there’s this female co worker. I don’t know why but we’re not friends and we barely talk. The thing is that I feel like she could be my best friend forever for some reason. I feel like we are similar in many ways. She’s a big coffee drinker like me and she likes the movie Titanic as much as I did as a child.

I am curious to get to know her more, as a friend of course. I’m not lesbian. Lol. 🙊

Yep, often. Currently feel that way about a neighbor.

I haven't ever experienced unrequited love but I have experienced "unrequited friendship." Friendships feel more intense to me than I see expressed by others in general.

Yes I’ve felt this way a few times in life and very happy I followed my heart because that’s how I found my bestest friends in life! When it clicks, it clicks! Just strike up conversations with her and feel her out. You’ll know if she’s interested in being friends or not. You could also invite her over to your house or out somewhere to hang out. It’s not rocket science.... she’s either down or not.

I felt an immediate draw to another girl at a party. We were both drinking in the kitchen together alone and chatting. I brought up how no one knows how to be a good friend anymore lol. She chimed right in and we became besties then and there. I’ve never felt so physically drawn to anyone as her—I started holding her hand out of nowhere really early into our friendship, but she grasped mine back equally! What a feeling...... she’s a Pisces sun Sag moon and we are still friends even though I don’t live near by anymore. I flew back a couple years back to go to a concert with her but it’s time I go back to visit again, or bring her here.

My other bestie I met while working the same event. She and I just kept chatting and chatting until finally we exchanged numbers. She’s a Sag sun Cancer moon and I just flew to visit with her this year after she moved away 3 years ago. She’s the sister I always wanted.
