I'm a Libra and I was in a relationship with a Gemini for 2 years. When we first met, he kept talking about not being ready for a relationship and that he dated a lot of chicks prior to me and they went downhill because he was non-committal. I was like "ok cool I wasn't really looking for a relationship. You're fun, let's hang out". I was even MORE evasive about being official than him. I was actually talking to another dude, a Virgo. I'm not being condescending, that's basically the sum of this situation. Him being a Gem doesn't change the logistics of how a relationship progresses. You need some concrete plans if you want to see him again and right now there are none, but you discussed it.

I’m going out of state this weekend for a cousins bday party and he has a wedding next weekend so hopefully during the week. Maybe I’ll shoot a text over the weekend and ask if Wednesday works

My concern here would be “out of sight, out of mind” until you meet again - there hasn’t been time to establish much of an emotional connection. So my worry would be that in his mind, he’s remembering only the physical connection you had and it could devolve into a sexual situationship quickly
