Aquarius Moon Cancer Sun
oh god, that combo Cancer/Aqua......*shudder*
This really has nothing to do with you but with him. You take two signs that reflect the exact opposite of each other, Cancers suns are just moody and it drives the detached Aqua moon side batshit crazy. You are going to get a lot of push/pull. A lot of "today I want to be with you, tomorrow I want my space, the next day lets go hang with friends, then space, then 4 days of wanting to wallow in your company etc etc" Even if he is COMPLETELY in love with you, this will be his pattern behavior unless he's done some evolving. If you can't handle his need for space to process emotions, get out now, it will only get uglier.
I'm not saying hes fucked up, I'm saying hes going to need more space than the usual Aqua Moon to process how he feels and he is compatible with someone who can give him that. If it's not the way you handle close relationships then don't do it.

Posted by GennieYes, it's been a lot of push/pull. I've been dealing with him on-and-off, never yet in a committed relationship, for the past 2 years. It's a very slow process between pushing/pulling, but I'm slowly seeing the light of it after learning more about each other, with each passionate conversation followed by frustrated silence on his part, that perhaps, he does truly want me/love me, but he works on a very different level/approach than we are conventionally expecting. I'm willing to work it out & be patient as I have faith that it'll be all worth it. I myself may need space once in a while so I do not have problem understanding that need. However, currently, I'm still flipping out a lot when he ignores me as I'm still unsure if I'm reading the signs right, whether he is really interested or just fooling around with me. At least I'd expect him to offer some assurance but he doesn't, he just keeps quiet to no end, until I'd concede & initiate contact with him again.

He has Mercury & Venus in Leo, & have I mentioned Mars in Scorpio... While I am Taurus Sun, Leo Moon, Aries Mercury, Aries Venus & Gemini Mars. I've found that we have a very close Venus-Moon conjunction in Leo & I've read that this is pretty significant & supportive in a close relationship 🙂

I think if he was the more super emo/clingy cancer types it would drive me bat shhit crazy and i have enough fire that it makes me super warm instead of cold/detached, so he gets that side of me to nurture his cancer need for that.
It's a tough ride, not going to lie.
He goes into his shell at times still, but so do i, so when i start feeling like whats going on, thats when i reach out to him or vs versa...
You need to get your emotions in check though and really decide if this is for you, it's a roller coaster and crabbies need the reasurance that you are in it for the long haul. Crab give their own type of reasurance, which over time you will learn to read ( hopefully) if not then it may not be the guy for you.

Well I do have a fixed sun too so when I say something I do mean it at the time, and put myself on the line as I can just tell you and roll with it. I like debates and communicate and work things out.

I have my topic in the Cancer forum about this guy but I decided to post here in hopes that I can learn more about the Aquarius side of him on his moon sign. It has taken me sooo long & sooo much patience to get a little ahead of where we ever reached before but I finally set off on an emotional outburst again & I'm not sure if I have killed this opportunity again.
To cut it short, I realise how he finally has started 'pursuing' me which typically reflects his Scorpio Mars. I realise how big a step this must be for him to open up & trust me. He talked about getting sexual with me, asking me all the intimate & private questions & setting rules for us both. It was a very animated conversation & I've never experienced him so lively & passionate 🙂 but the next day he went back to his usual self of ignoring me the whole day & I blew up. I accused him of just wanting to sleep with me & disillusioning me. At the end of it, I told him this wasn't what I want - if he doesn't love me I won't sleep with him. Then I asked him does he love me? He has been quiet ever since.
So I have seen his Mars in Scorpio in action but I don't know if he is actually in love with me. How do you tell how a Moon in Aquarius is when he is in love?
i dont see a problem with cancer/aqua combo, i didnt see it as a problem when researching...however their emotional side takes over and if it's not nurtured, they will go into DEEP depression.

I'm seeing clear how his Aquarius moon has been expressed in giving personal freedom. When we talked about getting to sleeping with each other, he didn't ask for me to not sleep with others. @lisabethur8 his 1 Aquarius on the moon is enough for me to handle. I'm not sure what is his rising sign, but this is the side of him I experience most dealing with him. I don't know if he is prone to depression. We haven't met & spent physically around each other for some time.

Don't smother him. Just simply state that you appreciate him being so open sexually, but you don't want to be with anyone else but him. Aqua moons are like that weird loner kid in the playground, wanting to be picked but too proud to say so. In this relationship, it will be up to you to be the rock he can count on. You have to be mature enough to accept that it may always be so, but it may also bring out the best Taurus qualities in you.

That was before my outburst cos he started ignoring again. So he told me he didn't need to talk & share (my demands) & asked me to think carefully if this is indeed what I want. I had a few days to think before I initiated amends with him & I came to understand that I need to be very patient with him. We are currently apart from each other & he's pursuing a professional degree which I think he needs to be committed to for the sake of his father (he has briefly shared about this with me long time ago). So I assured him that yes I have no problem with this. It makes him a happy kid again 🙂

If I'm focused on something, I don't want to be bothered. The problem with Aqua moons is that we just aren't reassured like other people or signs. You want to feed his emotional needs?

Stop texting him so much.
Don't blow your temper if he doesn't respond right away, but you should be able to ask him if he finished what he was focused on.
Put the ball in his court and explain that you need at least 1-2 days a week where you have his attention to fulfill your needs, and ask him if that what he wants, and he needs to make it happen
Remind him to eat, we always forget to eat.
With a Cancer sun he should like cuddling, so netflix and chill.

I accused him of just wanting to sleep with me & disillusioning me. At the end of it, I told him this wasn't what I want - if he doesn't love me I won't sleep with him. Then I asked him does he love me? He has been quiet ever since.
