Yes, it's possible

I will provide my perspective here but please know that every situation is different. I have had really good friendships with virgo libra cusp so it is definitely possible. It does however depend on which energy is strongest, Virgo or Libra.

Libra, obviously goes well with Aquarius so I will leave that aspect aside to focus more on the Virgo energy and how it interacts with an Aquarius Sun with Scorpio Moon energy. I am not sure which energy, the Aquarius or Scorpio, which draws in my attraction for Virgo men, but it is definitely there and it is a strong one. However with time, I have found this energy very difficult to deal with.

I was once is a relationship with a man who had a lot of Virgo energy. Out of all my past relationships, I loved this man the most. It however did not work with time. I think there is a lot of love that Virgo and Aquarius/Scorpio feel for each other however, their world views are so completely different that when they are jolted from their dreamy admiration for one another due to these differences, it can be very painful. It is as though you love each other too much to be able to deal with the issues which stare you in the face.

I was in love with that man from day one to the last day of our relationship, however, the stress of conforming to what virgo wanted from me led to mental health problems that a ignored in order to keep our relationship going. This lead to many issues that stuck with us under the surface and that eventually led to our break up. I have had similar, although not as intimate, experiences with other Virgo men. I can admit that I have an admiration for Virgos but that relationships with them must be treaded upon carefully, and take a lot of patiences and wisdom. My ex virgo and I were in our early to mid twenties when this relationship took place, so I also believe that there was a maturity aspect to our difficulties as well.

Despite this, there is definitely an attraction to Virgo and Aquarius/Scorpio energy, they both have deep and probing views of the world and I think that is what makes them like each other so much. Beyond my close friend who is a Libra/Virgo cusp, my sister in-law is a libra/virgo cusp and we care about each other greatly. There have been times of hurt feelings, but this is inevitable in any relationship at some point. Also, my sister is a virgo and we definitely had issues growing up. As we have matured however, it has blossomed into a deep relationship between people who love and accept each other's differences and who have an unconditional love for each other.

So, in all, it is difficult to say how the relationship will go depending on how the energy manifests. My advice... go for it, it could result in a very loving relationship or at least in an experience. I suggest being very thoughtful and observant with this person because miscommunication is very likely and can result in hurt feelings despite the other wanting nothing more than to NOT hurt your feelings.

It might be helpful to point out that my relationship with the Virgo man, with a lot of other Virgo energy, lasted 4 years where we lived together for about 3 and a half years of that time. So, it was an intimate long-term relationship.
