He initiates contact with me everyday. We've known eachother for a month and been on 3 dates, didnt sleep together yet. Yesterday he asks me out again and says we can do whatever I want or we can just "Netflix and chill" and then he laughed and he put the Netflix and chill in quotations. Does he mean hook up? I got offended when he said that, is it wrong that I'm offended? :/

I think you’re taking it way too seriously. Most Aqua guys I know are just really big on jokes and it sounds like he was being sarcastic, especially by calling it ‘Netflix and chill’. If all he wanted was sex from you, he wouldn’t try to get to know you past the “what’s your name and all the basics” stage and probably would have tried something physically by now. But from the way you put it, it sounds as if he was being sarcastic about it since that’s what most people do when they stay home with the object of their affections instead of going out lol. And even if he does want to have sex with you, he is being blunt about it. Which is another Aqua trait I have come to adore. But him being straightforward about sex doesn’t mean he will just use you either. He could, but it’s not set in stone.
