...just out of our aries curiousity - what kind of guys do you like. let's do a little experimet to see if there are sign / sign preference are true. is there a particular sign(s) you get along better, sign that gives us the most drama and grief, can recognize right away, a particular look, personality traits that you like?

I think it has more to do with your Midheaven than sun sign, though.

I like a go getter.. He has be 110 % loyal, absolutely in love with me, BUT I don't want him to constantly put me on a pedestal. If he always acts like a puppy dog, I dont want him. I want him to have the qualities of aggression and domination BUT he better not use it on me, unless we are havinga sporty sex. Then yeah, I'd like him to be agressive and dominant over me.

He should be middle of the road challenging, but I have to always win. He better get used to that 🙂

What i want in a man and what i tend to date are kinda like a split personality issue, lolz.

What i want in personality i'd agree with Aries... a go getter, an adventure seeker, spontaneous, confidence is a MUST, persistant, playful, open minded, cunning, must have dedication to some type of hobbie, respectful, honesty is key, intelligent in common sense and book worm sorta way, a joker, a challenge, with a splash of man's man.

Kinda like that guy you see in the group very quietly observing the nights events and yet is completely in charge. Goes along with the fun not because he has no opinion or thought of his own, but because hes enjoying his company. Fairly reserved, but has a lot to say, loyal and true, yet calls you on ur bs. Coy and cunning, and rightfully knows when to lay claim to his lady, fairly agressive and yet gentlemenly. Mr.Darcy

Physically - hot... between 5'7 - 6', fairly in shape, must have big muscular arms! dark brown eyes the darker the better, beautiful dark hair cut to decent length, lighter skin then mine, decent sized lips and a charming smile. think Josh Hartnett.....*swoon*

As an aries female here is my rundown:

Have had serious relationships with mostly Sagittarius men.Was once married to a Sag. Have had most heart thumping crushes on virgo men had a couple relationships with them. Dated one cancer guy, lasted a month. Am currently with a wonderful cap. Have never dated or been interested in a Leo or another aries and had one fleeting fling with a Gem which lasted for about two weeks. Leo men seriously get on my nerves. I have never been interested in a scorpio, Libra or an aquarius man ever.

Theres a first for everything I guess..but so far Cap man is nice and earthy and I like that certainty. I have a taurus moon. Guess that is self explanatory

I feel most at home with virgo men for some reason. Maybe though, because my father and brother are both Virgos. That is an easy affinity for me

this is why Im (a virguy) watching this thread. The only woman Ive dated who was aries was so over the top in the competition/accomplishments arena that it made me feel like I had to pull up into the fetal position and let her run roughshod over my punctured heart. so blunt, so fierce, and so in-your-face that it made me bleed! nothing wrong with wanting to be the victor, but holy christ in a handbag, give it a fuk'n rest once in a while, wontcha? The set of horns on you rams is inviting enough. But give it a rest when someone shows even a smidgen of interest? Relationships arent all about conquering and defeating.

Personally i don't think its the defeating part... but yes a little of the conquering! i just look at it like a place i've taken over as my own, its not to defeat it cuz that would mean to have 'killed its life force'. I tend to enjoy a challenge and try to always be on top, yea im very in ur face, no holds bar, blunt and very fierce! i consider myself very much like an amazon! ladies who can take care of her own. honestly i dont allow myself to rely on men, not because i cant, but because i wanna do it on my own too. its like my first time walking, then eventually running, until its perfected! i like doing my own thing and honestly having someone challenge me keeps me motivated to climb higher in life.

Not me I was extremely gentle with my virgos. We had a telepathic sort of connection. I could read him like a book just within the first week of knowing him and vice versa. He just ended up being a closet alcoholic so I had to cut it off. He called me on and off for months after that in his drunken spells but he was not what I needed.

phoenixblaze26, your reply is very honest, and that I appreciate. But I believe it exemplifies for me what I have taken to be the stereotypical Aries female perspective. Not that its a bad thing. Its just a bad thing for a Virgo guy! I remember reading a compatability chart and it said F-aries/M-virgo doesnt stand a chance of even getting off the ground. Us Virguys are too wishy-washy and expressive with our emotions and crap for you Aries gals to stand it!

Oh by the way, let me add that relationship of mine with the Aries fem ended on a sour note on a Friday the 13th! But in retrospect, I know it was because she was trying to destroy her ex-husbands reputation and accusing him of sexually abusing their three daughters, rather publicly too. She knew I knew it was a bunch of bullshit, and I actually had befriended him in the process. Moral of the story, dont ever cross an Aries woman, no matter what the reason!

lolz, yea don't cross us... i have a best friend whose bf decided to be a dick when i needed her most. she stared at us, back and forth and said..'honey i need to be here for her... no offense i kno you'll be mad at me... but she'll put all of her effort into making me miserable if i dont go with her'... i smiled and he backed down.

virgo's... eh i've never met a virgo male to spark my attention. you're right on being very expressive, i kno every male virgo i've encountered has had an interest in me... but i donno, you guys just dont fly my kite so to speak. i mean granted ur all awesome as friends, but you guys take to much time and are to relaxed for my taste. and dont worri about the compatbility tests, so what if you're not on the same wave length and nothing makes sense and its difficult to get into the relationship! it means for once you have a challenge and you should look to defying the odds and grabing that girl by the hand and swooping her into a very movie like pose and kiss her. i think more people should just pull a nike commerical and DO IT! i mean honestly for me... what have i got to lose? oh and being embarassed.... yea eh it happens all the time no point chickening out when you've only got one life to live. besides did you ever meet someone and say 'dammit... i should've ...', why let moments pass you by when u can just create new ones?

I dont doubt that fact for a second. There were moments of intimacy beyond all reproach with my Ariesgal! You ladies have some deep passionate tendancies. But unfortunately, we Virguys dont share that same passion outside of the bedroom, where the majority of all relationships happen. If you were only able to take the time to hold back with us while we analyze everything, things might go smoother. I like someone that is independent that can control me but doesnt get too big for thier boots after all if someone controls you it's only because you let them.. Meow 😉 I like people that are like me in some ways but also different people that are very eccentric people that are comfortable in there own skin they are usually the kindest people you will ever meet but there kindness isnt a weakness and they can stand there ground. Someone that is out going, not too touchy but can have a serious conversation with them when the time comes. open-minded oh god i need that able to try new things optimistic but not prone to denial. and KINKY Bring me some KIN-KAY! idk i like people in general everyone brings something to the fruit basket
