Sadly my moon is in my first house.

i have venus in gemini in the 1st opposite saturn (and uranus) in sagg in the 7th house...it's the closest aspect in my chart....unfortunately..

I don't really know the theory behind it, all l know is you take any house of yours, look what sign it is, find it's ruler, and the house the ruler is in.

The Decan for Virgo 13th?
Virgo decan 1 is ruled by the Sun. The sun navigates through the constellations of the Great bear, the Dragon and the Sextans from August 23 to September 2. Virgo decan 1 is an odd section of the zodiac since it carries mostly stars that are far from the ecliptic except for just one alpha star in Sextans.
