Air signs and the ability to talk your ear off?

I've noticed this. Between a lot of air sign people I know. They like to talk. Especially Geminis and Libras. I could just look at them for 2 whole hours and listen to em talk about literally everything. My dad even spilled over his entire life story, his family, his experiences with literally every drug on the planet out to me. And for 3 whole hours. I just listened to him. Didn't say much. Same thing with the old lady who live across from me. How is this so? Is it because my Mercury is a fire sign and fire and air go together like peanut butter and jelly? And also, have you ever found yourself doing this too?

I talk/laugh with in line at shops, grocery,

etc too.

As a Gem moon, I confirm this 100% true in my case. But it's only if I know you. I can come off quite reserved and shy to those who don't. But even if I am not talking to someone, I'm always talking to myself 🙂 , which I am willing to bet is VERY common in those with a lot of wind energy.

I can do this but it's a much milder version. Libra rising (venusian dominant) with Venus and gemini in the 9th house. Gem Venus. Leo Mercury - 2nd dominant planet. I have literally been talked to death by virgo and libra -.-

*I think the virgo has a Gemini rising

Close 3rd is Scorpio but maybe it's his gem moon 😉

I can deal on that one though.. sometimes it just kills me. Lol

I am Air, Aquarius, and Mercury dominate and shy as heck lol!! I've tried figuring this out, but I can't. I rarely talk on the phone, interaction with strangers makes my heart race, and I have maybe 1 friend. I have actually left great jobs because they required too much speaking. I don't understand how I am air, aqua, and merc dominant and soooo shy.

Hmm I have 3rd house and Mars in Gemini... My job consists of talking all day, plus I talk to my co-workers and just when you think I've had enough yacking away I talk to myself as well 😄

Lol Sag mercury and Aqua suns are very chatty in my experience. All you have to do is sit and you needn't even nod or actively listen - they'll just go on and on. Especially Sag mercury..oh my God ?

Awe I think there are a lot of pensive/ reflective Gems. My ex was like that, my folks thought he was either shy or unfriendly. When he did talk, he oozes creativity, intelligence and OMG that man could make me laugh just simple genius humor. And then I've seen the other side of Gems where they just couldn't stop talking.. To everyone from flowers to birds to dogs no descrimination!

Lol. My bestie is chatty with me.. We talk continuously at our own laidback pace or crazy pace.. We can be comfortable in our silence too. She's more easily a listener than a talker though in general (like in groups) 🙂

Dont suppress your Taurus placements IK! Not boring at all. I love Gemini + Taurus combo 🙂

Yeah, most Geminis are very talkative. I am very friendly, it depends where I am. But I could never talk about anything. I'm not gifted.

Thanks! He was, and he treated me very well 🙂 He was just a bit unadventurous for my liking and he had issues with communicating about feelings and such :/ I mean he would say " I love you" but never sappy or really emotional which is nice to see once in awhile.

Unadventurous Gemini! 😢 that sucks. I know. We women need to get those sappy emotions from our so. It is what makes us melt and hold on to them. I suck at communicating my feelings too. I need to work on it. My bf is a Taurus and I'm not sure if he wants an emo gf or not.

Omg YES. my Scorp sun hub with a Sag Mercury (and Libra Moon to boot)...will NOT shut up lmfao.

The guy literally can't go more than 5 minutes without talking, even when I'm very obviously preoccupied with something, even with earphones in, when I'm trying to go to sleep at 2 in the god damn morning. EVEN WHEN I AM ON THE TOILET. When that happens, I tell him to SHADUPPPPP already, and let me do my business in peace! And then he runs crying back to the living room and I feel bad lol.

Even when we're at work, we text/call each other all day throughout, because he needs that reassurance.

Just typing this I got another text from him 😛

So YES to Sag Mercury being absolute motormouths. I love him for it, as I value communication too. Just not on the damn toilet. lol

that is so funny because I've been there - in awe - as to how much and how long someone could actually talk - yes, it's interesting but after awhile I just go brain dead lol - I have a fire mercury, he's got Air so your theory is correct - he does fuel me but too much for too long and the fire is blown out LOLOLOL !

i'm not sure about all libra mercs but ryan Reynolds, libra merc

can talk a lot and "disarm" the enemy, or make his buddies lol

I agree. My grandma is also Scorpio with Sag mercury(and moon ?) she talks non stop! When I go to her place, we dont sleep at nights...keep talking and talking 😄 as Pisces mercury I do like it though.. But sometimes it gets irritating:p
